I came on to write a review as im so happy with our rings and i never write reviews ! I am really shocked to see bad reviews , I can only say my experience which was really good .. thier communication and customer service was brilliant and the rings are so nice ..
My husband and I ordered matching wedding rings, but unfortunately mine was too big. I have really small fingers and , so the sizing being too big was completely my own fault! Thier sizing is correct .
The seller was more than happy to make me a smaller one, even though it was a size they don’t usually make in the style i chose , and they were happy to do this even though it would take a little longer.

In the end, I picked a different ring that I really liked, which they already had the materials in stock for in my size as i wanted it sooner ( there wasnt a wait it was just me being impatient ) They then matched the colour with my husband’s ring, and they made both rings absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, and we couldn’t be happier with them!

They answered all my messages and changed the order to a different ring which was sent out quickly and its gorgeous ! We’re really happy with our rings and would highly recommend this seller especially if you want something different and unique ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I spoke to Decazi about the ring I was after and they were extremely helpful, discussing what I wanted and getting the size right. I ordered which was straight forward. Communication after that point was none existent until the ring was ready to ship even thou I messaged quite a few times. The delivery was very quick and the ring I recieved was exactly like the pictures and of good quality. The glow feature wasn't quite as bright as I would of liked but still good. Overall a great purchase and would buy from them again

Ring received was really poor quality and craftsmanship. I asked to send back for a refund which by law they must honour but would not accept. I had to claim the money back through my bank. Avoid.

TLDR:

The Etsy reviews are probably all fake, do not trust them.
We wanted a custom ring made, and it was all in all a TERRIBLE experience. They did not send us anything remotely close to what we ordered, they sent COMPLETELY different rings in COMPLETELY different sizes and then had the audacity to say „we don’t see what’s wrong with these rings, can you explain?“ Customer support is terrible, after annoying them for months and months and months, and after MANY excuses, they FINALLY sent another pair of rings, which were sent out weeks after they said they had been sent out. I recommend NO ONE buy from this website, neither a custom ring nor their Etsy products. I have also contacted Etsy about this.

I ordered a ring set I found on Etsy for my girlfriend and I that live in different countries. To pay for the 2nd shipping, he gave me a link that sent me to his own site. He got the rings mixed up and sent hers to me, and mine to her. There is considerable size difference, so the rings were useless to us. First he said he would send out a 2nd set, but 6 months later that still hadn't happened. So then he asked us to send the rings back at our expense. So we did, we got the address wrong for one of them, so that was refused and sent back, but the 2nd one he still has. Now it's a entire full year later, and one of us has the wrong ring, and the other has no ring. At this point I just want my girlfriend's correct ring sent to her (the one he has, that I sent back at my expense). This was HIS mistake and he refuses to meet me even halfway on correcting it. I spoke to Etsy and they said they'd happily refund my money, only since I had paid for the extra shipping, the sale went through his own site and not Etsy. So they could not issue a refund because the sale didn't go through them. I suspect he often refers extra costs to his own site so he doesn't have to honor Etsy's policies. This ring set has costs me well over $250 by this point and I have nothing to show for it. I got ripped off.

I made an order for a ring back in February. Cost about $120, I received an order confirmation shortly after. The site says their workaround time is about 1 to 2 weeks. Its been a month and I have yet to receive anything. They only provide a whatsapp number and email to contact them. I have yet to hear back from them after multiple attempts at messaging them. They took my money and now I feel duped. I hope their site gets shutdown.
