They were extremely helpful. Made the payments to them as easy as possible. So glad I went this route versus bankruptcy. They were a pleasure to work with

Mostly a good experience. They forgot to include a debtor a so I was harassed by this company. If they tell you that you can make a purchase such as a car, this is not true unless you want to pay 25% interest.
I had one associate that was very compassionate and professional.

everything was great. My only complaint is that when i called to check the status of my debt they informed me that the agent in charge of my case had quit and didn't pass on my case. So i had to pay a few months after the expected ending date.

My experience with debt manager was really great. when I had difficulty with payment you were very helpful. truly appreciated that. also when my payment was not the same time as my pay they pushed it up for me. the girls I had delt with were gracious and understanting.

My review would have been 5/5 a month ago, but I recently learned that one of my creditors had not been paid on time, they they dropped my credit rating 55 points. When I contacted Debt Managers about it, the person I spoke to was condescending, and cut me off repeatedly while I explained. In the end, I was told that my rating was not their problem and that once my plan was done, I MAY be able to dispute their late/missed payments with Equifax or Transunion, after they submit the final paperwork. This was not how the plan was explained to me when I enrolled, where I was told that they would deal with all creditors and ensure that all payments would be looked after while I was in the program. Perhaps in a few months, when my plan is done, and if this problem is rectified, my rating of Debt Managers will return to a 5/5. For now, I feel I need to follow up on every payment to ensure they are being made on time, to the creditor’s expectations.

Best choice I made in my life in regards to getting my financial situation back on track. I was going down a dead end road of debt. I accepted defeat and knew the only way out was to call DebtManagers. Now, my credit rating is great, and I was able to purchase a home.

I had a few glitches over the time I was dealing with Debtmanagers and they understood and we worked things out. Other companies would have dropped me or was asking for more money than I had, but not this company. When I did a final payment in the end, they had no problems sending me the letter of release. When something else came up over the same debt, from another company, they handled it and I felt relieved.

I have had a positive experience when dealing with DebtManagers. If I need assistance regarding my account they are always accommodating to me.

Setting up my account was great but getting access to check my balance has never worked!

Did not receive a closing package that I was told would come upon completion of my debt repayment. I am thankful for the service but feel like I was just another number whenever I tried to seek help

Changed my life. Without the help of dept managers i would still be in devt and would have horrible credit. But since their help, i am so much better with my money and i have great credit. I couldnt have done without you. Thank you.

That's for everyone he or she or family they fainichel praplom wjth the credit card or anything's alsgo with debtmanger they are very good the staf very good and if you have praplom to pay debtmanger what ever you egree to pay they are very good halpeinyou fix your praplom try itand you sea by yourself yeah i remember when i was with debtmanger after 2 weeks lwent and l bota car they approveme rigth away so try it if you have any praplom thank you and have a great day

These guys sold me on this being the best way to rehab my credit saying that it looks better on the credit file than consolidation loan with settlements.

Truth is both options look the same on your credit file But debt managers makes a huge premium off you for not settling, they make you pay a set percentage of your payments. Any money they are saving you think you are saving in stopping the interest is taken by that payment. It's in Debt Managers best interest to have your payments to be high and spread over the maximum amount of time. The longer you are in the system the more money they make.

Get a consolidation loan with settlements save yourself some money
