Cheap and unsafe tat. Customer service is extremely poor.

Sent a mechanic toy car where the box had been opened along with the contents - all the boxes had been resealed with sellotape. There was a grey human hair stuck to the toy and minor surface scratching so someone had previously owned the toy and sent it back. Contacted customer service and they wanted a video despite sending photo’s of the additional tape on the box. To date I have had no further contact from them.

Would I buy from this company again absolutely NOT.

I would give this company and The Range a zero if I could. I bought a baby bath via The Range that was supplied by Deao and it was cheap and faulty. A birthday present for my 3 year old. I'm still awaiting a refund after returning the item in August. I'm also asking for a refund of postage costs incurred to return. Nobody responds at Deao and The Range and generic response emails about waiting for a response from Deao. Avoid!!!

I bought a toy kitchen for my daughter, and the customer service lady from the shop has been very patient with me and introduced all the ranges. Finally, bought something she really likes and it was good quality, sturdy, great value for money! Very happy mummy here! :)

Recently purchased multiple items for birthdays and before that Christmas. Very happy with all items, good value for money, lots of unique features and the customer service team were extremely helpful in helping me build the light up wings. I highly recommend Deao toys and will be a very happy returning customer.

Bought a remote control crane for my son for Christmas. Built it all and everything seemed fine it worked but when I came to charging the battery for the second time the crane wouldn't work anymore so we contacted Deatoys explaining what our issue was, then they asked for photos of the product we'd ordered and an order number so they could pass it onto the relevant department to deal with. This was the last we heard from them on the issue! I've tried chasing but still not had a response. We have since bought a new battery ourselves to see if this fixes the issue but it still doesn't work. So now we are stuck with a broke crane and an upset little boy who loves cranes and is constantly asking for us to fix it so he can play with it again!
I'd avoid this company at all costs as they don't come back and help when you have issues or a faulty product.

Please do not order from this company, they do not take any responsibility and send out inferior products.

I purchased a rc drone for my nephew from this company only to find that one of the rotors did not spin correctly and that caused the drone to be unable to fly. I contacted them and explained my problem but they came up with every excuse not to deal with the situation. I escalated my problem to PayPal but they still refused to deal with the defective drone they sold me. They then requested a video of the faulty rotor (Not spinning) so they could contact the manufacturer and report the fault to them. What BS. I would never ever purchase a drone from this company again and I would suggest neither should you. They will take your money but offer no assistance or resolution when things go wrong.

Bought remote control car for my grandson. Kept it for 3 months until his birthday. On opening, found to be faulty.
Contacted the company - out of guarantee; returns have to be within 7 days of receipt. Offered to sell me the replacement part.
Oh, but did offer the helpful advice of check everything on receipt. Yes, of course, open all the packaging of a gift to ensure there is not a tiny puncture in a tyre.
Apologetic but no help. Won't use them again.
