From my first initial conversation with Simon Tai to my mortgage offer , Simon was professional, understanding and above all very patient with me. I will throughly recommend Deal Direct and Simon .

My two year fixed rate deal comes to an end in a couple of months. A DDFS representative contacted me last week recommending an exceptionally good 5 year rate and which I could not better online.
Hayley was excellent at keeping in touch and responded very quickly and now everything is set up. Really good, efficient and reliable service.

EDIT: Agreed, the company representative is correct. I complained about the difficulty getting hold of consultants and the lack of calling customers back, however in hind sight, this was not entirely the case. The person indeed did reach out and it's my fault I did not see the email. He also tried to call (3x in fact), yet my phone block 'suspicious callers'. I have therefore put my score back to the 5* service I've had in the past.

Total ripoff was charged over £3000 for them after stating no charges then they eventually got me a crap rate. I won't use them again stay away
