Simon Tai was my advisor and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly. He kept me updated throughout the whole process regularly and to check in. In what has been a very difficult year having Simon take away the worry of sorting out my new mortgage made a massive difference to me. For me the fee, which may seem expensive to some, was well worth paying. Reviewed mortgages directly with providers and are in some cases better if not the same as this firm. So what's the point as you'll end up paying more in fees for being lazy and not researching through other portals.
