Horrible. It's been well over a month and I haven't seen any sign of the swimsuits I ordered. I'm asking for a refund now, but based on these other reviews, I'm not optimistic.

ETA: they are now claiming that I have received both swimsuits when I have only received one. It also seems unlikely that I will be receiving a replacement or a refund. Avoid this company at all cost.

No return possible and I have been charged for a product which I haven't received. No refund. The company does not respond anymore. HORRIBLE shopping experience.

Horrible. The order took over a month to receive. By that time I did not need the items since I needed them for a trip. I cannot get this company to send me return instructions.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 5 swimsuits and it took over a month to get a delivery. Then only 2 of the 5 arrived! It's now been two months since my order. I have reached out 12 times asking for a refund and they just ignore me and offer me $12 back every time. It's unbelievable. Total scam.

Terrible quality, I would argue what is show on the picture is not at all what you get. Very poor quality material - saggy and baggy swimwear, please avoid ladies.

Disappointed with DBvacay – Wrong item sent and no accountability

I ordered a two-piece swimsuit set (“DBvacay One Shoulder Printed Wrap Skirt Swimsuit Set”) and received a one-piece bathing suit instead. I contacted customer service multiple times and even included photo proof and a screenshot of my order to show the discrepancy.

Despite the clear evidence, DBvacay repeatedly insisted that I received what I ordered. They offered me a $15 compensation instead of resolving the issue properly — as if this makes up for sending the wrong product and refusing to acknowledge it.

The worst part? They are gaslighting customers by denying mistakes rather than owning up to them. I am left with an incorrect item and zero confidence in this brand.

Buy at your own risk — and don’t count on honest customer service if something goes wrong.

Fraudulent website. Paid for more than the price on the website, they have sent a tracking number.Then the shipments just wasn't able to be tracked anymore, wrote to them and they apologized and allegedly sent another one and the tracking number for the second shipment shows that that shipment was sent a week before we even wrote to them. Of course, that one never arrived either.

TOTAL SCAM. Item took 2 months to arrive then only one item (I had ordered 2). WHen you complain they say it is Trumps tarriffs (I am in France so this has nothing to do with tarriffs). They invent tracking numbers that go to fake sites. I am so angry I fell for their stupid marketing.

Paid 116$, 36 days ago, still haven’t received my order. They do not reply to messages 🤬

I was charged more than what order confirmation showed. I ordered three items and only one arrived. I am waiting for customer service to answer before escalating the matter via my payment provider.

Fake, they steal your money. None of it is real. They have a fake shipping service. Don’t let them steal your money. They make up customs in different places and they will answer your emails but it’s all fake. There is no package coming. Been waiting for three weeks and apparently if it ships from Alabama it goes through customs, hilarious.
