Excellent service
I bought a beautiful Swarovski Crystalline watch in white for my daughter for her 21st birthday.
Ordering was so easy and delivery time could be suited to my needs. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.
I will certainly be using David Shuttle again for my next major birthday purchase.

This company is outstanding both in service, delivery and products!
I have used David Shuttle regularly. Their system is superb and it as soon as you order a product it is reserved and sent out and billed as convenient to you.
Delievry is excellent and the product range very good, with attractive pricing.
Lauren, on ustomer services is one of the most helpful young ladies I have ever dealt with.
A favourite compaany indeed.

Excellent service!!
This is the second order I have placed with David Shuttle. On both occasions I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the packaging and speed of delivery. I ordered the tealight on Saturday and it arrived at 10.15am on Tuesday on the standard delivery option. Result! The little box of chocolates as a thank you for ordering is also a lovely touch. They were polished off with a nice coffee. Yum!!
I would recommend David Shuttle to anyone. Great prices, great delivery. What more could you ask for?

What a good shop to deal with. The item I ordered wasn't available in Swarovski's high street store even though it is part of the current catalogue so I came to David Shuttle as an alternative supplier. Not only did they have in stock the figurine I was after (with a 15% discount to boot) they also have a number of retired items as well. All orders over £100 are free next day delivery and my purchase arrived, appropriately packaged, within 24hrs of ordering.
First class service. Well done!

Great service, very quick to arrive and well packaged
My order was received very quickly within 2 days and packaged very well considering there were a lot of glasses in the package.

I was slightly amazed that I could buy something at the best possible price, receive it promptly, carefully and safely packed, and then receive a letter from the seller, thanking me for my order, plus a teeny box of chocolates! I hope they can keep up this level of service!
