I went from spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a month with AMEX to switching it all over here and I couldn't be happier.

Working with Dave, Nemanja, James and the entire Dash Fi team has been great!

They're really willing to work with you and are so easy to communicate with.

If you're a heavy spender on credit (Online advertising, etc.) and are looking for a team to work hand in hand with you, Dash Fi is the one.

Using Dash.fi for our LLC's spending on ads and shipping. The cashback and audit tools actually help us negotiate better fees with our suppliers. Better than other options we tried.

Zach, the CEO, got on a call with us to navigate Meta payment terms, treasury options, and other services which would help our business situation. It was very proactive and we got a lot of value of it. Excited to work with them.

Great cards, great rewards, prompt service, and an awesome team. Been using dash.fi for a little over a year and we use the cards on all paid advertising and shopify-related expenses. BofA/amex can't promise unlimited 3% back like these guys.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dash. Set up was easy and the rewards are unbeatable. I worked with Kurt and he has the fastest response time I have ever seen. During black Friday we were hitting out spend limit - I needed it increased ASAP. I wasn't expecting a response until the next day because it was already late on the west coast - but I got an email back with in a couple of hours from Kurt and my spend was more than doubled. Now that's what I call service! Every question or technical roadblock I've ever had was solved immediately. Give that man a raise!

Features
One of my favorite features from the platform is the ad pay protection. Not only am I getting top tier cash back but I'm also getting refunds from meta for bot clicks and traffic. I would use dash for this service alone - I'm excited to see what features they roll out next.

Rewards/Cash Back
As for the rewards/cash back - Dash has the highest and best return beating out my Chase ink and saphire cards as well as my Amex Gold and Capital one spark cards. Once I max out bonus rewards on my other cards I switch all ad spend to Dash. In the short time of using dash I've racked up enough cash back to start building an ADU for my mom on the property. Paying for it with rewards instead of my bank account makes it so much better...

I highly recommend using dash if you are in ecom and want a higher return on your adspend or just want to automate getting refunds for bot clicks on meta

Dash is SHADY and someone sending the new cards out is getting the number off card first, only way to explain how before new card arrived someone tried to buy something in another state. The FEES ARE SUPER HIGH and it’s probably one ☝️ f the worst prepaid cards I’ve used. Have to use mine because it’s what the company uses that pays out. Looking forward to throwing this JUNK CARD away

Great customer service, it can be useful if you were running into balance or spend limits with your traditional cards.

Been with Dash.fi for over 6 months. They have been a really good partner the whole way. Rewards are as advertised. The Team is responsive and any issues we run into get resolved quickly. I have recommended them to several other companies and they have had similar experiences.

A rep reached out, and I was a little skeptical at first. I've used AMEX and BoA in the past for my ad spend. The highest past reward rate I've received was 1.5%.

After 6 months of utilizing dash.fi to grow my business, I can confidently say the rebate, level of service, and reliability has been unmatched. The sign up process took 5 minutes, and I was good to go 24 hours later. A++

Very good experience and sales process. The process was straight forward and was given a card within the same day.

I was skeptical but the team has delivered on all aspects and they are backed by Mastercard.

They also seem to have strong fraud controls and a higher authorization rate than other card providers.

One of the worst Fintechs our company every used. Their support is terrible, any simple matter takes weeks and weeks and weeks. Our account was closed without any prior notification, after almost a month they replied with excuses about their "card provider". Definitely not a company that you want to use for your business payments. Do not trust Dash.Fi at all. Worst experience ever from many different angles, and also I heard bad experiences from my colleagues.

We trusted Zach Johnson, the CEO, because he was a friend of a friend and seemed like a nice guy when we met him. But I don't know if his company is a complete scam or they're just all super incompetent there. We've been using them for a year and a half. Then we got hit with a $695 charge for an annual fee that we were never notified about and never agreed to. They have direct access to our bank account (since the credit cards are paid off from that bank account) so they took it from there without permission. We have also never seen a penny of the rewards promised. They claim the delay is due to their team having to manually calculate the rewards, which seems to be a poor excuse given they are a software company.
