Took full payment of money and then failed to fulfill my order after waiting 4 months. Numerous emails sent to them which they fail to even acknowledge.

A truly dreadful experience akin to being scammed.

If I ever get a refund or my ordered item (which I am beginning to doubt), then suffice to say, I will never use them again.

Way better options exist out there. Don't risk losing your money on these guys.

Preordered from the company and paid deposit. After several months I saw that other people had received item from other suppliers so emailed several times and contacted through messenger but went ignored. Only after sending them a message threatening to contact the internet fraud squad they refunded my deposit without so much as an explanation or apology. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of reputable, reliable, honest suppliers out there.

Don't buy in this shop. I have pre-ordered an item in March 2018.This Item was supposed to be delivered in Spring 2019.This item cost 599.99Pounds.the items was not delivered. The shop told me that I will be refund.We are in October 2019.still no refund and no answer from the shop anymore.Too late to reclaim on paypal. They scam me 599.99 GBP.I'm disgusting.I don't recommend at all.They are liar , not honnest and playing with your nerves.

I ordered some Star Wars preorders in May and gave them til Sept before I started asking for updates. No replies at all. Noticed a rash of similar complaints sprung up around the same time. Called my credit card company to cancel payment. Screw you scammers! DO NOT ORDER WITH THESE CROOKS.

Preordered Death Star Escape & Tatooine skiffs 4&1/2 months ago, other places got in stock but I never received. Didn't respond to emails & I had to get PayPal to step in. Ordered with another seller & received within a week. Would NEVER deal with again . Terrible experience.

No communication after 3 months of chasing. Never received items I had paid deposit for. Other shops have had items in stock for months. Cut my loses and went elsewhere. Won’t use again

Déçu, 2 mois de retard sur une pré-commande , je suis en droit de m'inquiéter, pas de notification pour prévenir du retard et rassurer un peu , obligé d'envoyer des email mais réponse vague puis plus de réponse du tout =>manque de courtoisie.
Tout cela aurait pu bien mieux se passer mais au vu des commentaires précédents le miens, j'ai constaté que je n'étais pas le seul et cela à précipité mon recours auprès de Paypal. Annulation et remboursement.

Do not preorder anything from these dodgy guys. They gladly took my money, never sent me the figures I paid for and won’t answer any of my emails. Absolutely terrible service. Will never go near these cowboys again and highly recommend you shop with a more reputable company that doesn’t take your money and run.

I've had some good deliveries from here in the past, unfortunately some terrible experiences also. The deposit payment system works sometimes but not others and pray you never need to contact them for anything as most communication is just flat ignored ! If you do need to contact you have to get creative and post publicly on forums and social media. Email or on their own contact forms rarely gets a response. Also flippant attitude when it's their mistake is not a great customer experience. I'm avoiding using these currently. They need to work on better methods of keeping customers up to date about delivery delays and such.

I wanted to give this company a try and boy I wish I could take that mistake back. I oreded wave 6 star wars vintage collection. I waited months I mean MONTHS after the actual date I was supposed to receive my order. Keep in mind this company does not care for you they just want your hard earned money for bad figures/service and sooner or later customers will stop shopping from here. They do not contact you whatsoever. If you email them and IF only IF they respond they promise you a golden unicorn with a flying dragon. Yeah more like blowing smoke up my you know what. My first and last time shopping here. I even made my friends cancel their orders with this company. Take your money somewhere else that actually cares about box collecting/ customers.

I recently my a another order with dark side toys the guys from there are simply the best for dealing with any of the Star Wars orders that I’ve made with them. When they send your orders out they are always well packed and the items always arrive in great condition on time every time I will always use them for Star Wars items in the future too
