Within minutes (literally two) Shane had replied and let me know that the coupon code would be retroactively applied to my order and the cost of the dice refunded to my card.

Dark Elf Dice has amazing customer service. Plus, their website is SUPER user friendly, and their wish list feature is really nice. Their descriptions of products are informative and fun, and I was happy to order from them. When I received my package, I was missing 1/5 sets I ordered, and so I sent their sales team an email. They got back to me in just under 45 minutes with an email saying they've already got my missing set packed and ready to go. Excellent customer service, and excellent products (I absolutely love the sets that I got today) :)
