I have just finished the recruiting process with Dals. The entire journey was incredibly easy and smooth, largely thanks to my recruiter, Raluca, who supported me from start to finish.

My experience with the company is a positive one, I'm feeling that this job is made for me because I always liked the english language and the idea of me being the way two people understand each other is pretty good for me. My recruiter, Alexandra, was really professional and helpful to me and I can clearly say that I wouldn't be here without her. My compliments to her.

I have had a great experience so far as an interpreter. The volume of work has been good but the payment rate is a bit low compare to other UK translation agencies. There have been a few challenges in terms of moody customers and poor connections. All in all, a friendly and professional environment.

I have recently joined Dal's as a Freelance Linguist/Interpreter. It has been a month since I started to use the platform and I can say regarding to work it is lovely but, I wish there were more bookings available and more VRI and Telephone Booking inclusive. The Onboarding process was extremely smooth although it took over 3 weeks but the communication was excellent and I couldn't express high enough the support from my Recruiter Lucian Bugiac. anytime I felt things were not going right he reassured me that every step was going in the right direction. It is a great opportunity to make side money. The customer service, on the phone, are great however they take time and a bit slow on email response. The recruitment team are very friendly and the process is quite straightforward. The platform is easy to access.
