went to the Eccles branch to view a car. today, The first member of staff asked us to look around at the cars and come back to the office once we had found one we were interested in.

We found a car we liked and were genuinely interested in buying it. However, the second member of staff seemed completely uninterested in making a sale and told us that the car was reserved, even though it was still showing as available online

He also refused to let us see inside the car. When I explained that I was prepared to purchase the car that day and pay in cash, he simply asked me to come back to the office to discuss it.

Unfortunately, by that point it was too late. The company has lost a genuine sale due to the poor customer service and lack of interest shown by the staff member. A very disappointing experience and wont recommend anyone to deal with such company

Jack Hart is an excellent sales man for Dace Motors Manchester. From first enquiring about a Peugeot 208 to full completion of buying it. Jack was very professional, courteous, kind, polite, knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly to approach and speak with. He made me felt listened to and any worries or concerns I had about buying the car he reassured me that the whole car would be fully checked out and anything that needed fixing on it would be fully done with a full 12 months MOT even with any advisories that came up would be completed and a full service carried out before I drove away with the car. I can not compliment Jack enough he truly is an excellent employee and true credit to Dace Motors Manchester. The car was presented to me on an immaculate condition and Jack carried out all his promises to me about the car and kept me updated with all the progress of the car and presented it to me on the day of completion and even made sure I could view and collect the car at the Reddish branch that was closest to me. He went above and beyond his job. He truly does deserve high acknowledgment, gratitude and praises for this. I certainly would buy from Dace Motors again and personally ask for Jack Hart.

Wanted to buy a car and place a deposit never called back when they said they would and when asked for a battery certificate said they would email over but no response. If this is how they communicate when you want to buy a car how would it be if there was a problem. Because of the poor communication they have lost a £19k sale…

We visited Dave Motor Group in Manchester as my daughter wanted to buy a car. We were met by Joe who was absolutely lovely. His customer service was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were made to feel comfortable and we're offered refreshments. The process from start to finish was super smooth because of him. We highly recommend Dave Motor Group Manchester, make sure you ask for Joe.
P.s. Tea budget needs increasing, maybe to a brand from up north😜.
