THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! An expensive item that I needed for an event arrived broken so I couldn't use it and was left in the lurch. I immediately took pictures and emailed them to them. They initially tried to pretend they hadn't received this email despite mysteriously receiving all other emails from me. Resent pictures and they're now refusing a refund! I am reporting them to Trading Standards today. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

We are sorry to hear you are so unhappy. We did not receive your email as it came with attachments which got stuck in our server this can happen. We replied immediately following your email confirming you had sent them, this had no attachments so we received it like all other emails from you. Up until this point we were unaware your order had arrived damaged. We are on the phone Monday to Friday 9-6pm and we could have dealt with this quicker if you had called us.

The item (a mirror ball) was checked before we dispatched, fragile items like this can be damaged in transit, we are sorry that it was but transit conditions are out of our hands so we can never guarantee a safe arrival as much as we would have wanted to, especially as you had an event. Furthermore as this order went to Ireland damage is more possible.

We have kept this customer updated since we have been informed and have never refused a refund. There is a procedure when goods are damaged in transit which we are following, furthermore until we know if the courier needs to inspect or collect the goods the refund is only issued after goods are returned to us, the customer still has the goods. Given a replacement isn’t possible as this customer no longer requires the item we are working on this as fast as we can. We hope this helps clarify the situation and will update you accordingly, please feel free to call us if you want to discuss the progress on this any further.

Fantastic Service and Prices

I cannot recommend Cybermarket more highly. I placed my first order with them back in November 2017 and after some great help from Robert Peters, in under 12 months I have now spent £5,860.72 with them.

Robert Peters has been my main point of contact and always answers the phone or replies to emails. You get a call checking the delivery date is suitable, receive tracking information and you seem to get a “personal service” that seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days.

I have recommend them to a family member and they received the same level of service I did. You only have to look at the current Trust Pilot rating to see how much good feedback they get and they actively encourage you to leave it, as they seem very confident in the service they provide.

I am posting this review after receiving my order today and again it arrived exactly when they said it would in perfect condition. If you have never used Cybermarket before then please give them a chance, I am sure, like me, you will not be disappointed and direct more business their way.

Wish it was perfect

The amp is great but not Happy that the left hand knob is stiff nothing like the right hand knob!
I'm worried that it will cause problems later on
I can't risk sending it back as I need it for my birthday celebration and Xmas /New Year
I just wish merchandise is checked before dispatch it has now put me off using cybermarket again
