Ich habe für meine Bestellung von 23€ nochmal 14€ Zollgebühren zahlen dürfen. Das kann doch wirklich nicht sein. Ansonsten müsste ein Hinweis sein, dass die Bestellung von außerhalb der EU geliefert wird. Die Bestellung an und für sich ist in Ordnung.

Great range of options and sizes to choose from. I went for the Rose Quartz and Labradorite stone plugs. Really quick delivery and they look absolutely stunning. Will definitely be ordering more.

They are - hands down - THE loveliest team I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from (and is why I will continue to do so!)
Super friendly and super responsive support team, and that statement is applied to everyone over the 6+ years I’ve spoken to in response to an order.
Quality and variety of plugs is always top notch, and even if there is an issue with an order, their customer service is always brilliant. They’re super helpful in rectifying said issues, and always go above and beyond!
Honestly, these are my go to! And I cannot recommend them enough!!

White silicone turns yellow very quickly
Ordered some black and white marble silicone plugs, once i'd reached the right size i put them in, they felt incredible, really high quality, a few weeks later, the white silicone started to yellow horribly on just one plug.
Reached out to customer service thinking they would make it right as they have "100% satisfaction guaranteed",
I was told unfortunately as it's been 10 months they wouldn't offer a replacement, understandable but as its less than a year, they aren't the cheapest plugs and the company appears to pride themselves on quality, it wasn't a reply i was expecting

Selling items they don’t have, claiming to have supply issues once your money is taken.
Took money for order. Once confirmation came through they emailed to vaguely say they had supply issues so orders may take longer than said. 3 weeks later no item has turned up and have requested refund with no response.
Site is clearly selling items they don’t possess and are not sure when or if they can get them for customers. Clear sign of a business operating in bad faith. Avoid.

Hello Jeffery, Thank you for the feedback. You placed your order on 28th April and we shipped it on the 29th April. I can see from our message history. We had contacted you to advise you that your order had been delivered to an incorrect address by royal mail on 7th May and asked you to confirm your address. In the meantime you had emailed separately asking for an update on your order. We replied explaining the situation with your order again and asked for you to confirm your address and had no response. In your email you asked us for a refund and we then went ahead and refunded your order. We received this review after we sent you your refund. So I can only assume that you haven't seen any of our emails and they might be in your junk folder. Which is why you think that we have just refunded you due to stock issues etc. I can assure you we have ample stock levels in our office to fulfil our customer orders. I do hope that this experience hasn't put you off from order in the future and I can only Apologise for the communication issues. Thank you :)

Been ordering from Custom Plugs for over 10 years. Met the people who started it at a tattoo convention and got a business card from them, so they were the first thought when wanting new plugs. Got tones of options, so whatever looks or vibe you're going for, they either have exactly what you're looking for or something very very close. Never had a bad experience with them.

I was suggested this brand when I started my eye stretching journey and I'm so happy I chose them. I couldn't have had a better experience with stretching my ears
