Custom Flag Company has made flags for our company located in Aruba on two occasions now. Both times the service has been excellent. One of three of theflags that I ordered came to me yellow and not white. I’m quite disappointed because of the time and anxiety around the printing and the specifications on the colors we had talked about. I will not be suggesting your company to anyone for the job. Also, I incquired and share my information and didn’t hear back for a week until I called again to follow up. Then the ordered that I needed was a week later. The shipping was horrible and arrived 2 days late.

Sam helped me with a flag for my son's wedding. The process was easy and once the final design was in place, the turn around was really fast. We couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the bride and groom love it.

Andrea was a big help in the selection of the right flagpole.
Delivery was fast.
Will know more after flagpole is up, a month or so, weather related problems and site selection change.

This has been my 3 flag purchase from Custom Flag Company and I find their service and customer care nothing short of extraordinary.
