A great service and attentive friendly advice from curry pc world staff in Aintree Liverpool store my wife and I purchased a new large fridge freezer with the help of Alan whom acted professionally and friendly through the whole experience we were even offered next day delivery which I was really surprised at! But Alan sorted all the delivery and raised our old appliance to be removed the same day great service I would recommend Currys pc world to all my friends and family it’s a large store with a massive range of electronics in this store

Why only 3 stars I hear you ask
Why only 3 stars I hear you ask? Quite simply because after buying a new all-in-one desktop computer and buying the setup package and me picking it up today. And the lad in the store who was setting up the computer getting the last few details off me to finish setting it up, and me taking the computer home and plugging it in and the screen asking me for a PIN, and after several attempts to put in what I thought was the PIN (turns out it was an email password), and me getting a video call with a tech guy called Kevin, and trying all kinds of 4 digit combinations, we came to the conclusion the setup guy is a DIV! for not telling me the screen unlock password! I now have to drive back to the store tomorrow to get the 4 digit pin, so he had better be working tomorrow!

Went for a replacement microwave. Shopped on the curry's website site first decided on the one we liked checked the stock then went to purchase it.was in the store for mabye 15 minutes , great shopping experience and a quick and easy transaction, thank you curry's.

Knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile
Dorian and the other staff were amazingly helpful, with great knowledge about laptops,and no pressure style. Dorian asked a few qns and walked me through the options, and didn't try to upsell me. The laptop that was right for me was out of stock, and a gentleman there with a cool name (probably Dante but can't remember) managed to ring around and get me the store display model. Top guy. Dorian managed to actually get me a significant reduction, walked me through the interest free credit options, and actually gave me a reduced price for the insurance. It really was a good deal. And now I have a laptop that does everything I need without sounding like a jet engine! Thank you Dorian, thank you Currys staff!
