Curiosity also looked after our new furniture in their warehouse when it arrived until our renovation works were compleate and we were in a fit state to accept delivery. Excellent service.

Unfulfilled order - unacceptable delay
I ordered a piece of furniture, paid in full as told delivery would be within 2 weeks. A few days later I was told the item would now not be available for approx 2 months, I reluctantly agreed to wait. Near the next anticipated date I was contacted again to say item still not available for another month or so, I therefore requested a full refund which was duly actioned. I am afraid I could not recommend buying from this company due to uncertainty of items actually being available.

We're very sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations, Mrs Boot, and we're disappointed that we weren't able to fulfil your order.
This was a particularly unfortunate and rare situation. You contacted us to source a specific piece of furniture that wasn't part of our usual stocked collection. Before taking your order, we checked availability with the supplier, who confirmed the item was in stock with an estimated two-week lead time. Unfortunately, shortly afterwards they advised us of an unexpected delay, and we contacted you immediately to let you know. As further updates came through from the supplier, we kept you informed every step of the way.
We completely understand how frustrating changing lead times can be. While supplier delays are unfortunately outside of our control, we always aim to communicate openly and honestly with our customers as soon as we receive new information.
When you decided not to wait any longer, we processed your refund immediately. Although you requested a bank transfer, we were required to refund the payment back to the original credit card used for the purchase, in line with payment processing regulations.
We're sorry we couldn't provide the outcome we had both hoped for, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to try to source the item for you.
Super comfortable chair, bench and window cushions

Wow wow wow. Sarah was absolutely brilliant. We sent a simple drawing of some complicated window cushions and they arrived earlier than expected and were perfect.
The leather is beautiful. The chairs and cushions are super comfortable and the frames of the chairs just solid.
Brilliant service, stunning furniture. Possibly one of the best and simplest purchase we have ever made. 10/10.

Couldn’t be happier
I ordered a leather bench/sofa and it arrived today. Although the lead time was 18 weeks, it was well worth the wait! The craftsmanship is outstanding. Truly a stunning piece that elevated the room it’s in. Customer service was also great. There was a slight delay in delivery, and they were quick to assist me. 10/10

High quality comfortable furniture
We've now ordered some dining chairs and a wing chair from Curiosity Interiors, both ooze quality and are a massive upgrade on anything we've owned before. The items come with a long guarantee and seem build to last. They look great as well, a bit old fashioned perhapes but the kind of thing that doesn't really go out of style. Delivery was also good, I got a warning when it was on the way and actually arrived during the slot I was given.

Amazing service, top quality products
Amazing service and top quality furnishings. I couldn't be more delighted with the service and the products. They even custom made a snuggler chair for me that fitted with two sofas I'd bought from Indigo (now defunked) about 8 years ago.
I live in Northern Ireland so getting things delivered from the mainland can be a real pain, especially large items of furniture....But Lizzy was great, went above and beyond in getting the specifics of the chair I wanted and getting quotes to find the right 'movers and shifters' to get me my 2 console tables and enormous chair (as well as a few accessories) delivered all in good order.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, in fact I doubt I would go anywhere else when it comes to home furnishings.
