Burger was very thin and dry. Cheese didn't even melt on it. Onion rings were over cooked. Very disappointed, had a mushroom and Swiss burger. I can tell you hardly any mushroom and they were also cold. Never go back. Hardees mushroom and Swiss burgers are 10 times better.

My wife stopped at the Owatonna Culvers about 9pm on Apr 12, 2026. Ordered a Concrete mixer and Flavor of the Day Sundae. They asked her pull to the side and wait. Other people were getting their burger orders, which take longer to make. After about 20 minutes or more, she went inside and the order was sitting on the counter. We live 5min. from Culvers and when she got home we had to drink the orders as they were melted from sitting so long. The last few times it seems Culvers is loosing their greatness. And they took the receipt when she went inside, and did not give it back when done.

I purchased a fish sandwich at Culvers for the first time. The picture shows a fish sandwich where the fish inside of the buns is as large as the bun,
but the piece of fish was less than half the size of the bun.
It looks really ridiculous.
I will never go to Culver's again just because of this, after the manager told me that all the fish are the same tiny size.

Wow...haven't had the cod sandwich in a while; remember loving it! Big, thick, two fillets on one sandwich. Just had one...yikes!! What happened!??! One small fillet...and not fresh. I special order everytime I go to a fast food place; usual get it hot! Not Culvers...I think they wiped off a sandwich waiting, then dressed it. Im on to the double fish from McDonalds...so much better!! Sorry Culvers....

Excellent service. Fish sandwich needs some work. Had NO flavor. Very disappointing.

Food is really good at both locations but love the Fulshear location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful too.
Highly recommend.

Fish was overcooked all 6 pieces and wrong side

We have always been satisfied with Culver’s food. Today we had the walleye sandwiches and they were both very fishy and strong. We have had them other years and they have always been good. Wondering if they changed vendors?

We ate there for the first time today. I ordered two walleye dinners. The fish had batter on it that tasted pretty good, but the fish itself tasted old. We are snowbirds from Michigan. Fresh walleye is one of our favorite meals. This was very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed with my order from Culvers. I went to the Browns rd location in Michigan on February 28th 2026 and ordered a single bacon hamburger combo meal. It was terrible. My meat on my sandwich was so thin. Its a shame when even McDonald's happy meal burgers are bigger. We paided over 40.00 dollars for 3 meals. What a waste of money. My son ordered a chicken sandwich and it was thin and dry. Their prices are too high and their food quality is very low.

Most of the food here is good, but its soo overpriced. A three piece Cod dinner is almost $21.00. You can get two sides but their Cole Slaw is not only terrible it comes in a container that is extremely thin. It looks like a women's makeup compact. And is only filled half full, so I normally skip it and order double fries but lately the dinner container only includes a single order of fries.. I feel like ordering their coleslaw just so I can throw it away so that I don't feel cheated. Also they offer points on their App but why don't they offer meal deals like Arby's meal for two for $12 with 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks, 2 turnovers and motzerella sticks or Dominos any pizza any size with up to 7 toppings for $9.99. The only coupon I ever see for Culvers is $1 off a butterburger.. that can't compete with deals from other restaurants especially for family's with children.

First, why do they give you a soft pint of ice cream w/o a bag, then have you pull forward and wait for your food??? It's 85 and I carry insulated bags, but it's melted when I got it! I live in AZ. They've done this with sundaes! Just dumb.

Walleye was tasty fish but way too much beer batter and greasy. They ruined the walleye. Not drained either, paper was deteriorated from grease in 5 min. Never cared much for their fries.

Love the coleslaw!!! I go sometimes just for that.

I'm from WI, so I know Culver's. It's become very greasy. Next time I'll get Cole slaw and go to Andy's for custard. Both on my way home.

Quality has gone down at Culver's.

Everyone's standing around doing barely anything... and they forgot my custard😔also they didn't even mix in my toppings for my mixer.

The food is usually pretty good all the time (90%) service is really good but I mostly DoorDash so their menu is limited on DoorDash. You can’t even put in how you would like your food cooked but my thing is the drinks suck they’re always flat and warm no ice I say extra ice there’s not a spot to put extra ice. That’s the only complaint I have, drinks are huge in my dining experience!

This used to be a true go to for our family. While the food is still acceptable, we don't visit often because the prices are too high. We can eat for a better price at a causal dining restaurant running a special!

We were at the Culver’s on Broadway in Littleton, Colorado. We were served and waited on by a very nice young man named Tyrone. He made our visit very special.

I went to the culvers in castleberry florida ( 1/20/26) and was shocked, i live in oregon ohio and the last time i had a butter burger it was not a smash burger! I was hoping to enjoy the burger and fries.

I know it takes time but my smash burger, cheese burger was cold ( cheese slice not melted ) fries end of basket, cool to touch, will not go back to culvers until i read better reviews, with improvement to burgers, and temp of food! And why would i not go back and tell them about my food quality, It already was a long wait....

Culvers in Evergreen Park, Il forgot a pretty pricey side. I called they could not refund my credit card but would put a credit in a notebook for next time. Next time I went to Evergreen Park Il. Culvers, my name was not in the notebook. The direct quote was "you are out of luck". Feel like I was scamed.

This review is specifically for the Bettendorf, Ia location.

Our family has the best service and never get a cold meal. Once or twice we have received some bad chicken tenders, but they always happily replace it and or give a coupon for a free meal.

It's clear management at this location trains their employees well.

Restrooms are always kept clean. The only room I see for improvement is keeping tables clean, but they do a very good job.

In the Iowa Quad Cites we have 3 Culvers and I go out my way to eat at this location.
