CSR is a high quality academy that provides many opportunities for their players. My son has trained with Head Coach Steve for many years and there is a visible improvement in his performance. Not only has CSR improved my sons technical skills, the coaches have also helped him gain confidence and football knowledge. Throughout lockdown CSR have provided a great online service where my son can engage and discuss meaningful youth topics with other players. I highly recommend CSR.

CSR ACADEMY
My daughter has gained a lot of insightful knowledge from being a member of CSR. Steve has helped to grow her confidence both on the pitch and off the pitch with a strong focus on her well being and self esteem as well as her prowress on the pitch. She has thrived under the guidance of the team and continues to work on her strengths and weaknesses outside of sessions. I would recommend CSR to anyone who has a child who wants to strive to be the best footballer they can be. In a male dominated field my daughter has never been made to feel that she is a token, she has been developed just as intensively as her male counterparts and has the same opportunities that they do. Thank you to the CSR academy for helping my daughter to progress in the sport that she loves!

CSR (Confidence-Self Esteem-Resilience)
Is a fantastic place to develop sport wise. Not just sport wise, CSR teaches you how to become a better version of yourself in every aspect of life on or off the pitch. The head coach Stephen Deans isn't just an ordinary coach. He is a person to look up to and a person you can trust with everything and a great Role Model. If you ever want to excel on and off the football pitch, join the CSR family and it will be an experience you won't regret!

My son joined CR7 this recently. He has improved so to the professional coaching from Steve. Very organised and installs the enthusiasm.

My son was been training with Steve for four years and he absolutely loves it. The coaches have been such great role models to my son. Coach Steve takes so much time out away from the pitch to ensure that my son is staying focused at school and at Reading Academy.Those little phone calls every so often is making a massive difference and I appreciate the dedication. Also Coach Steve has been giving my son one to one training and I can see a massive improvement in my sons speed and techniques since having this one to one time with Coach Steve. On a whole all CSR Academy coaches have played a part in keeping an eye out for my son and making sure he’s staying focused.I know when my son is training he is in safe hands and for that my husband and I are really grateful.

Fantastic place to develop your skills to an academy level. If you want to get anywhere in your football career CSR is one of the best places to go. I have improved massively since becoming a part of this team.

I think I am doing well but I need to practice more to take the ball front and keep working

My son has been with CSR since the beginning and has always enjoyed the coaching. The staff are knowledgable and understanding. Always striving to get the best out of my son. The academies fundamentals are to improve players and to give them a chance of making it to the professional game.

Really good team, I came to them with no confidence and they helped me massively improve it. In addition, they made me more aware how the game works at higher ends moreover, they helped me improve mentally

Since I started playing for csr academy they have enlightened me to a different side of football which is exciting and creative . And I am thankful I am around coaches that push you and want the best from you .always.

Since Eyad started training at CSR his confident and fittness improved I can see that's on his game plus the support and help his getting from the coaches is brilliant throughout the session

High quality player development, not just the technical, functional side of football but they cover game preparation, mindset, health, nutrition, injury prevention and the mental side of the game. The training is hard but the preparation the boys/girls are getting for life in football or out of football is gold dust. The coaching has built my sons confidence and he's a much more knowledgeable, confident, flexible player for what he's learnt.

Steve has been coaching my Son for just over a year now and I must say he has improved a lot all round. Best football academy with the best coaches! could not be any happier with the encouragement and support given to my Son. I highly recommend this academy!

CSR Academy has done a lot for me before lockdown with training to keep us fit and during this lockdown with zoom class fitness workouts and presentations(e.g drug addiction, peer pressure and gang violence) to keep the right and positive mindset .The coaches here are great and will always be there for you if you need help with anything.I highly recommend to players who will work hard to get better.

If your child has a passion for football and wants to develop as a player, then this is the place to be. Great coaches and mentors that help individuals to understand and play the game of football, whilst challenging their physical fitness and mindset.

Its early days for us as a family with CSR so far we can't fault it. The children are well disciplined and serious about the sport. The coaches do a great job on developing my son's talent. My son's confidence in preparation for games has grown beyond what I would have expected, impacting his games positively. During lockdown, sessions are continuous and remain challenging with children focussed weekly talks sessions too. Well recommended only wish we found out about it sooner, better late never.
