CSM Welwyn Garden City is a great company to work with. We have worked with them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else to get our items shipped. Working with different curriers they get the right prices and let us know what currier to dispatch with which has always worked out. All the staff are very polite from Jon and Dan on the phones to our driver Scott they ae all ever so helpful and would do as much as they can to help the customers out. They know what they are doing and they are easy to contact no robots. They take pride in their work and safely transport our parcels. The customer care is outstanding We at Drawers N Things cant praise them enough. We are looking forward to working with them for more years to come. 5+ Star service.

We are a small business that has been using CSM for a number of years for our UPS courier services. I think their website could work a little better but the service provided is excellent. Should there (rarely) be a problem I contact the Bristol branch and they are always happy to help out and do get issues resolved.

Worst company ever avoid them at all cost. No updates ever on tracking and no package ever delivered. I had to spend hours revising the payment and return my money. As far as I am concerned this is a SCAM shipping company

This company head office lacks any good standards to looking after the employees and reason I say this is that take documents and not process on system fir a starters. The provide very poor training or service standards to provide for a customer.

They really need to be more organised and keep to words on amount parcels you can have and also the right areas they promise before signing new drivers up.

The managers working with the drivers can not even get paperwork sorted from
The office but can give parcels for you to work.

Absolutely no complaints about this company. We have used them regularly for over 2 years now and have always found the service faultless. If ever there has been a problem with a shipment the staff at the Welwyn branch have always gone out of their way to ensure everything arrived on time as promised. Thoroughly recommendable

They sent a parcel of chemicals to my home by mistake and whilst I did the right thing and called their Bristol office straight away, the guy there just lies to you and neither he or their client Welsford garden machinery have done anything about it. It’s two weeks and they are now ignoring my calls, which was to simply help the intended recipient receive this package.

I would not trust csm logistics, especially the Bristol office.

CSM treat customers terrible. We have been using them a while now and there agent told us for future collections they will order for us a tail lift, we booked new job with them and they sent a lorry without tail lift then charged us £102.21 for false pick up even though we had proof in an email from there agent all collections will be with a tail lift. After the next van arrived { this was charged to us another £45.00 with tail lift we found out that they would only insure 2 pallets going to korea for £250 for both pallets, This order is for 7500 usd, after asking for extra insurance they said no they won't insure us. So we got the 2 pallets sent back to us from Heathrow and they have charged us in total £425.00 for the collections and the fee for sending the 2 pallets back to us. We have tried working out a solution with them but they are horrible company to deal with. we payed upfront for original delivery and they have deducted £425.00 from our original payment.

Do not use this company for your business at all costs. They treat customers terrible and Csm are nothing but Thief's. Terrible experience, booked two deliveries via CSM that were destroyed once received by my client. Would never use again.

We are a business that uses CSM on a regular basis to ship parcels all over the UK and our CSM contact Gareth is always polite and helpful and goes the extra mile every single time.

After a rather disastrous experience with another company CSM ( Gareth and Trevor) really turned it around for us and we will continue to use and recommend them.

Sometimes you just have to take a moment to recommend a business!
