Bougth a 58cc 3.3hp 20" Crytec chainsaw a few weeks ago and unfortunitly it wouldn't start. I contacted Crytec and there after sales team quickly arranged a swap delivery and I had the replacement within 24 hours. The replacement was easy to put together (you just need to attach the chain and bar (which you will need to be able to do later for cleaning etc., so good practice). The Crytec chainsaw started on the 3rd pull, then on 1st pull every time I restarted it; and it cutt through 12 spruce (Christmas) trees (5" + trunks) in less than 15 minutes, with a cut like a hot knife through butter. It also has ample power for bigger trees, e.g. I also felled a large silver birch with a 15" diameter trunk with ease. The saw also came with an excellent tool kit, carry bag with shoulder strap, mixer bottle and easy to follow manual.

I purchased a mini dumper recently and was very impressed with the ease of ordering, the company communication, and the product in general.
I will certainly consider this company again in future when I need new equipment.👍

The products overall from my experience are really well made a put together, however the after sales when in need for spare parts is pretty dire. I've been waiting just over a week at this point and still not even so much as a reply, even to my follow up emails. The product being good doesn't matter when I am unable to get spares to use the product.

Happy with my purchase from Crytec, bought a log splitter. Ordering was straight forward, it arrived quickly and in good condition. Crytec's email communication was spot on too. Well recommended.

Although the first item wasn’t delivered due to damage. The delivery service failed to deliver on the day stated for the replacement. However the box is nicely made. Packaging was damaged but didn’t affect the item. As others have said the wheels are naff. Draws have a secondary push to close them, which is good.

Bought a generator which failed just after a year. Company haven’t wanted to know. The carburettor has obviously failed, but they won’t even advise where I can get a replacement part.
