Speedy delivery, not used machine yet, I purchased now ready for autumn season.
Adding it to my other self drive rental equipment.

3. Machine( PTO driven )beautifully finished and robustly built.
4 Had to shorten the driveshaft to fit my 50 ho tractor.
4 No hydraulic feed but this machine at 540 rpm PTO absolutely gobbles branches less than 6-8” thick!
Top chute can block and must be cleared if you start with fine material but if you drop in whole branches it devours them and sends chips up with gusto!

As others have said, soon as you get an issue and raise within warranty. Dead silence. Have had to raise a claim with bank.

Very disappointed as I raised a warranty claim with Crytec and I am struggling to get any communication from them as to when they will collect the faulty chipper

The product I wanted, well described on the webshop and very well priced.

Fast shipping and really reasonable prices.

Brought compressor off this company. Second day of use pipe split . Contacted them they send new pipe used once pipe split again. Asked for collection as was dangerous to use . Said they could only collect back if I could palletise. I'm 66 and have no way to get and secure to a pallet. I have had to pay a local company to make a pipe up that is up to the job. Would never buy off them again very cheap components used on compressor very dangerous be warned

Crc200x works OK it's just that the out spout gets bocked when you put damp leaves branch's in. I have emailed them to see if there is a larger spout but had no reply. It needs to be bigger without the slots.

Staff were very helpful, approachable &, knowledgeable about the products. Prices were reasonable & the chipper works better than I thought it would

I experienced an issue with my initial delivery, as both the package and the product were damaged. I contacted the customer service team to report the problem, and they responded promptly and professionally. A replacement was sent immediately, and the matter was resolved quickly, which I greatly appreciate.
I have since used the product and found it to be of excellent quality and very good value for money. I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the product.

Brilliant gadget, does what it says on the tin!! It was actually quite cathartic ripping out moss and weeds so easily :-)

Cracking but if kit, great price and speedy delivery.

Crytec, was going to call the chipper, Cryton, but after building it I saw its compact nature and thought perhaps Red Dwarf, but after fire up of the really nice engine, I decided I would be a Rato fan, so it’s now called Roland Rato the chipper. He munches the big stuff with ease and is great to use, very nice machine, happy to have him.

I bought a battery mower which had a fault in that the battery would not locate in the mower head
Crytec did eventually agree to replace it but then total silence.
They will not answer emails or phone calls
I am trying to get money via credit card
Meanwhile my grass is getting longer and longer

Really speedy delivery. Perfect tool to remove weed and clean up my brick patio, should have got one of these years ago, would have saved lots of back aching work. Pretty simple to use, head interchangeable and once you've changed it once, it's easy to do everytime.
Wire long enough to reach all corners of patio. Only little niggle is the trigger, when wearing gloves it's not a deep press so sometimes it slips and you end up switching off, but without gloves on managed to work out the steady grip needed.

Excellent lawnmower , and didnt have to wait too long for delivery .I had a couple of queries and the Crytec team answered me very quickly. Definitely recommend.

The parcel was delivered intact and the delivery was prompt.
Disappointed that the website did not say that the Chainsaw Milling Jig was made in China. The quality of the product is fine though the assembly instructions left something to be desired. I cannot work out what the chrome rod is for though.
Still, it does the job, so I am pleased that I got it.

Arrived a few days after purchase.
All as stated.

Got chipper shredder, arrived just as expected, assembled, filled with oil and fuel and it started first pull, great machine easily manages 40mm branches, great mulch for borders.

CRC-400. Had to pollard a number of trees and more than 20 whin and gorse. Then three of us went back and forth with the piles of branches and had them all chipped in just over one hour ! Very impressive so far.
