This business exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A visit to the showroom was a pleasure. Dean gave us valuable and professional advice without any hard sell so we were confident of a positive outcome. Everything was explained clearly before anything was signed. The pre-installation survey encouraged us to consider options in detail. Steve and Tom were totally professional when they did the installation of the doors, both in the technical aspects of the job and in their customer care. Like Dean and the pre-installation surveyor, they were great ambassadors for Crystal Clear. We'd recommend the business without any reservations.

Ive used Crystal Clear before. They are friendly helpful and fairly priced. The standard of work and communication was excellent. Im very happy with my new patio doors.

Ultimately we are happy with the work that Crystal Clear have done, it is fine. However the journey to getting that work completed has been awful. Months of delay, twice defective products only noticed by them on our fitting day, really poor communication, no updates therefore always having to chase my end. We felt like our job was of no priority to them and their customer service is really left wanting. It's unfortunate as now it's done, the windows and doors look great, but the stress and frustrations to get here mean I will never use Crystal Clear again or recommend them to anyone.

Yes it was a complex case that you took over, but it was still ultimately the same people doing the job. At no point once you properly took over the job did we receive an apology about issues experienced from that point onwards, so please don't say that you did. I have all the email chains. Customer service on this job was poor. It may have been a supplier issue, but clearly your QC measures need to be improved if both times it took until day of fit to be noticed.
Like I have said, the result is fine and we are happy now but sometimes a company must accept what happened and hold their hands up to it.

I had to wait so long to have the door fitted, which was concerning as it was my front door, however I am pleased with the end result

Jason and Kevin replaced the windows and front door at our property in Bath. The new windows and doors look fantastic and Jason and Kevin installed them without damaging the existing walls and tiling. I had 'Residence' double glazing fitted to a Victorian property. The surveyor was very thoughtful since there were differences in the window dimensions and he advised fitting a mixture of styles (R7 and R9) which seemed to make sense. Communication with the fitting team could have been improved. I was given the same fitting date on several occasions but when I phoned a couple of weeks before to ask for confirmation I was told that the date had been moved on by a week. The property is 130 miles from my home and it would have been useful to have been told this earlier since I had already made arrangements to be at the property on the original dates. The new windows are a great improvement on the original Victorian windows but there were gaps in the seals around many of the windows and a trickle vent was damaged. In addition, one of the floating mullions was too short and when I pointed this out to the fitter he agreed and a replacement was ordered. It took 4 attempts to get the correct mullion from the manufacturer since the replacements that were sent were either too short, too long or the wrong style. Each time a replacement mullion was sent the fitter came to fit it, only to find that it was not correct. Crystal Clear were very apologetic but if the replacement mullions had been checked by Crystal Clear before sending the fitter to fit them it would have avoided the need for me to make 4 unplanned journeys (260 miles round trip) and the fitter to have 4 wasted appointments. Finally, 4 months from the original fitting all windows are OK and I am pleased with them.

Crystal Clear fitted our front door today and it looks amazing. We popped into see James and explained what we wanted, he was very patient with us whilst we chose design and glass via email and was very good when he popped out to see us as was Kevin with the survey. Today we had to great guys come and do the fitment, Jason and Kevin were great from the word go. Talking me through the little issues that crop up with an older property and the best way to get a great finish, offering advice and going the extra mile to give a great finish. They were also very considerate with the clean up leaving our house like they had never been there. Thank you all at Crystal Clear, fantastic team effort to get us exactly what we wanted. We wanted two external doors to match the bi folds we had already bought from Crystal Clear. The order was quick and easy to make, the surveyor advised what we needed to do to ensure the new doors would fit up to existing windows. We are very pleased with the finish product and Crystal Clear made sure that the doors matched in with the existing side windows as if they were one unit. The doors also match the bi folds both internally and externally
