Had my new doors installed by Steve Tom and Ryan. They did a great job. Very polite and professional. Top quality work and left my place clean and tidy.

Everything went well from initial measurements to installation and including the timing and punctuality of employees appearance to do the work and their affability

Had Dean come around house measure up for patio doors a wall needed removing. Two fitters arrived on agreed day done a very professional job.👏 all mess cleaned up and taken away. Very pleased with end result .Dean phoned me next morning to make sure I was happy with how everything went.will definitely use this company for any future windows. Excellent customer service.👏

Having recently renovated our kitchen, one of the final things we needed to do was replace windows and doors. The team at Crystal Clear Windows were fantastic from start to finish. We had a really good experience when reviewing our options and when the project started everyone involved communicated really well with us. Our time lines were tight and they did all they could to help us meet deadlines. Just had Bifold doors fitted, fantastic service starting with the help and guidance provided by Dean at the showroom, we never felt pressurised to buy just supported in our choice! Equally impressed by Steve, Ash & Ryan who did an excellent job in fitting them, they were hardworking, professional & again friendly and helpful in getting the job done both speedily and with a minimum amount of fuss.

We recently had bifold doors and a composite front door fitted by Crystal Clear. James in the showroom was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I've just had the Origin Aluminium french doors and windows installed as part of my house renovation and couldn't be happier with results!
We were working to tight deadlines on the project and Crystal Clear were able to manufacture and install the windows in 6 weeks from order which tied in perfectly.
The Bristol sales team were great at the beginning to ensure we were getting the right product for us, and the installation team kept me informed throughout the process.

We had a great experience from the assessment to the installation, the initial booking was done only a few days after the enquiry was made, and we were kept up to date with the progress of our custom made window. All professionals involved were friendly, and left our flat very clean after installation, we love our new window, which was at a decent cost. Trustworthy company that we highly recommend.

I had a leak under my Bifolds caused by poor installation from another company that then went bust. When I contacted Simon at Crystal Clear, he was professional, and considerate of the issues. He took time to consider the best approach and provide different options for a fix and all the time responding promptly to my questions. When Steve came to fit the doors it went really smoothly, he was polite, professional and clearly new exactly what he was doing and also happy to answer any questions. I’m so pleased with the outcome I’m sure most companies wouldn’t be interested in sorting out another companies errors but Crystal Clear really came through, thank you.
