Outstanding Quality and Service from Start to Finish
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The selection of plaques was impressive, and the customization process made it easy to create exactly what I wanted. The design tools were straightforward to use, and the finished plaque exceeded my expectations.
The delivery was faster than I anticipated, and the plaque arrived in a high-quality presentation box that added a really nice finishing touch. Everything—from the ordering process to the product quality and packaging—was top notch. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-made plaque and outstanding service.

First shipment & Second shipment
First shipment. Item was not at all perfect. Red etching was imperfect. Called they sent an immediate replacement after I sent pictures. Great. Came within days. Second one came and they never cleaned the item after the etching and paint was put on. Needed to be cleaned. Not happy but was better after I cleaned which I feel they should have done before they sent out. They should inspect their work and quality.
