Turn around time was quick for the order, and they even corrected an error in the year I entered to be etched into the plaque before making it. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Superb Product!
First of all, the ease in which to begin editing your project. Being able to see it as you move along is a game-changer! Then, the timeliness of your response, to review and proof was amazing! And lastly, most plaques are about 6" give or take, but yours is 10" and that is wonderful. My recipient is a big guy, and that just works wonders being able to give him a sizeable plaque. Additionally, the shipping speed and packaging was great. Lastly, the quality and clarity of your lettering is worth every penny! I will only purchase my awards and trophies from you all from now on...thank you so much!!

I won't order from anyone else but Crystal Central.
I won't order from anyone else but Crystal Central.
I have ordered at least 6 plaques for people who are retiring, some after 40 years of service, and because of the process before creation, the plaques are always perfect. The recipients have always expressed heartfelt gratitude in receiving something they've said they can proudly display in their home. Crystal Central has always shown exemplary customer service with any email request/question I've ever had, and the response reads like they are happy to help. Delivery is ALWAYS on time with a product packed with care. Thank you, Crystal Central, for your obvious care in your product and customer.
