I placed my order on a Friday and had it in my hands by Monday—exceptional turnaround! The finished product was absolutely beautiful, and the quality was on point. I received the proof within just a few hours, and it looked amazing. I did have to call because I couldn’t figure out where to make a change to one of the items, and the customer service team was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and made the process so easy. From the quick proof and incredible customer service to the beautiful finished product and super-fast delivery, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely order from them again!

This was beautiful and the tiny letters in our logo showed up wonderfully. Was surprised that it was coming from China, but ordered on Friday with expedited shipping and it arrived on Tuesday! I had several questions and called to talk to someone about it and they were courteous and helpful.

Absolutely Gorgeous and the picture does not do it justice. Very heavy, substantial award that gets lots of celebration every time I give it.

The award is elegant, high-quality, and a wonderful piece for our team members to proudly display. Crystal Central continues to be our go-to for meaningful recognition.

The quality was 1st class, and the design team suggested a couple of tweaks that really helped it to stand out and truly be unique.

The crystal retirement gift looked great online in rough draft form but when we received it it looked 100 times better. A picture doesn’t do it justice because it was so impressive when we opened it out of the very nice elegant box. Very glad we choose to get this gift for a man who dedicated 50 years of his lifetime he to his craft.

This was my first time designing an award with this company and what an excellent experience it was. When I had questions, the design team's response was lightening fast and so very helpful. This company goes ABOVE AND BEYOND (which is very hard to find these days) to make sure that your award turns out just the way you are envisioning it. And the final product? It was even better than I could have imagined. It is beautiful! I am so, so pleased with this entire process from start to finish. Don't hesitate to order from Crystal Central. I promise you will not be disappointed! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
