Crucial Hosting Omdömen 

Great service, but there needs to be more product differentiation. My website has a small footprint, little traffic, and no transactions. As such, I think I am paying too much.

I've been with Crucial for years now and I remain a happy customer.
I don't remember there ever being any downtime.
Every time I've needed technical assistance, which is very rarely, they've been available in a timely manner, friendly and helpful.I like that the call centre is in Australia.

Crucial hosting have been easy to deal with, and very helpful every time I've needed them.

over the past 2 months I have had 2 total outage on my server, lasted multiple days.
last week I got our mainwebsite down with no explanation, we have WP full update, Wordfence pro updated and no trace in the logs. We had each time to restore from backup
Ticket were logged and it took over 24hrs to get a response, there is no possibility to escalade your ticket there is no phone support.
This morning I wake up all my sites are down, crucial system says all systems operational but even WHM can not respond so the whole server is dead but their site still says all operational. Logged a ticket and again will probably not hear anything for hours or day when our whole reseller business is down and no way to talk to anyone. THis is outrageously poor service

It's been downhill for the past couple of years and I wouldn't recommend using Crucial for anything that requires reliability. Too many major outages in the past couple of years

Other than (Crucial, Panther and Digital Pacific) I've tried about 7 different other web hosting services and Crucial, Panther and Digital Pacific now are all under the same hat and from all my experiences in the last 7 years they would have to be the best support in all Australian web hosting services. I'm not just saying that for brownie points, I'm saying that from experience.

I have hosted with Crucial Hosting for many years. I can remember only ever having one minor issue which was solved incredibly quickly.
I don't have time to mess around with my hosting, and Crucial Hosting takes care of everything I need.
