This bingo hall is just wonderful 😍 we have been 3 times its been 5 star the whole time. The building itself is a treasure. Its like going back in time to when things were just fun. Not sure if its a listed building, but it should be. Not many places like this left. The food is so good. And such good value. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I have seen some poor reviews on here. Ignore them, Crown Bingo Bognor is wonderful in every way x

Started playing today, and ended up spending money to withdraw winnings, which incidentally haven't been paid to my PayPal account. Can't get hold of anyone in 'customer service' and now I'm out of pocket. The £40 minimum is unattainable unless you keep spending money! Do not play this game!

I have been in Review for 5 days and customer service is no help. Its under review because I won large amount.customee service says same thing over and over no answers

Beware, a Google search brings Crown Bingo up stating 20 free spins no deposit, as I will only ever deposit money if the free spins entertain me I signed up, when I enquire about the the free spins I was told they removed them in June, just a cheap ploy I am afraid, they even sent out a validation code to enter to get the spins

I have been using Crown Bingo and they are so much better than the other sites that I have used. I needed some help today and Ross from customer services helped me and got my request sorted so quick. I highly recommend this site. They are very friendly and helpful

Wish I had read the poor reviews before joining up :( There are a wealth of bingo sites out there and, believe it or not, there’s actually some good ones. I tried this one for a change of scenery and ultimately regretted it. Luck plays a part in any gambling so I never expect to win. However, a good site should provide you with good gameplay, this one however does not. I played numerous slots and oddly the bonuses across ALL the games were extremely rare. Constantly making you spend a fortune to finally get a bonus only for them to be beyond poor. Either this site knows how to work around the gambling commission or the gambling commission needs to look at their random generator. Either way, something was very off.
Aside from this I found the customer service very poor. You would think this would be something employees would be taught considering these are sites that take people’s well earned money. Sadly, it seems they aren’t bothered. They will take your money and not care less when you go because they know they have swindled you.
There are two sites I use that are very good. You win there and you lose there but you always have fun. I think in future I will stick to what I know. Read people’s reviews folks and be very careful. I think people have to trust each other when it comes to these sites because I fear more are getting away with doing shady things than we know.

I found the website poor it said I had a bonus but I couldn't work out how to receive it

My experience with (Crownbingo) has been nothing but a disappointment, going back and forward with emails with the support team. Even after successfully wagering £10 on the websites promotion. I was told I was not eligible, their response was that some customers are eligible and others are not! I don't think this is fair, in comparison to other (legitimate) bingo websites. I would stay clear of this one if I were you.

It would also be a shame if trustpilot deleted this review. As i'm afraid, its a pretty accurate description of my experiences.

On this site, if you get a bonus it will not be usable until you have lost your entire cash balance. If you withdraw your cash balance you will lose your bonus. And if you wager with your cash balance it does not count towards the bonus wagering requirements. So the ONLY way to get the bonus is to LOSE YOUR ENTIRE CASH BALANCE.

Absolutely disgusting behavior, and the live chat is staffed with people who will actively encourage you to gamble away your cash so you can play with the bonus funds. They will also act as if this is in your interests.

The issue that I have experienced was: Member of gamstop. Made an account and managed to deposit £500. I won £900. Spoke in multiple chats and repeated my correct name. I was not asked for documents to verify once, but i chose to send 2 forms of id, bank card and utility bill. Got banned monday was told i have lied about my details and forfeit all winnings and deposits. I had made my account late sunday night after 10PM. I had spelt my surname ending with an s instead of e, you can see the e and the s are right next to each other on the keyboard. I did not notice this was incorrect, neither did the multiple chat operatives who asked my name and i spelt it correct everytime. They have taken all my winnings and will not even consider to return my deposits. They say i am a liar and i have deceived the system. The system that ME, I SIGNED UP TOO. It was a simple spelling mistake and has cost me £500. There is no way i will let them get away with taking my money and for me to walk away with nothing and them to act like they have the moral high ground for not allowing me to gamble. I understand for them to keep winnings but i should DEFINITELY have my deposits returned ASAP.

This meant that Missing rent payments because they have chosen to not pay my winnings or my deposits back. Very stressed out because of this and deeply annoyed. One good thing to come from this is i will never try and gamble again! £500 of my hard earned money handed over to this multi million dollar company but cant return my deposits. Disgusting!

I would like JUST MY DEPOSITS returned. The £300 profit i made they can keep!
