Claddagh Earrings
No problem in the ordering process, and it was delivered promptly. One problem was that I had ordered a set of earrings but another set had been sent. I contacted the company via email (had to do some research to find a telephone number). Response was that there had been an error in their catalogue I could either keep was they sent or return for a full refund. The earrings that I had originally order were now no longer in stock. I opted to return, and company said they would send a prepaid postal label. Didn't receive label within a couple of days so emailed them again (can't get my money back until they get their product back). Took a week to get the label. I like this company, and I have bought numerous things before without any issues. I think the time it took for them to rectify my problem was too long.

This hat didn’t fit
This hat didn’t fit, seller should put the size on the description. This fit maybe a small adult and I ended up giving it to my wife. Won’t purchase anything else on this site if this is what I need to look forward to.
