Pacco consegnato, 11 giorni di spedizione con tracking non funzionante. Il prodotto in compenso è ottimo, sicuramente da migliorare la logistica.

Company that build Speakers that don’t last than your pet guppy fish. The company that build speakers in quantities over quality made products and then sells them for higher prices. Their Products are a hit and a miss. I bought 2 creative stage soundbars and 1 seems to be barely functional (with multiple problems) after 1 year mark and the other one died right after it hits 1 year 2 months mark, I barely even used them, like a few times for a few occasions just before it breaks down. With that price I bought, I can go with other brands that could last longer. My other creative speakers can’t even past 1 year or 1 and a half year mark. You don’t even know where to ask for help and it’s been quite sometime now that I’m still clueless to where I should send this piece of junk for a repair. No warranty or service repair detail. Anyways. If the repairs cost more than the price of this soundbar itself, I’d rather trash it and Choose a better brand and stay away from creative next time.

I've placed an order a few weeks back, hoping it will arrive before Christmas as part of a bigger gift. Payment went through - using same card I used to buy other parts of this PC for a gift: all in all more than a 1000 EUR spent elsewhere using this very card. Then I receive a questionnaire from Creative Labs asking me to rate my experience - when the order was already late by their own estimate. I replied to that, saying that I didn't receive my order, so the experience is definitely not great, and they could improve the communications. Their response? "Thank you for your reply. We appreciate your valuable feedback regarding your ordering experience.

Regarding your order, we regret to inform you that a secondary security check flagged up this order and we will have to cancel your order as there's an issue with the payment.

We will issue a refund to your original mode of payment for this order."
So, they didn't ship it, took the money, and will refund me, quote, in 11-15 business days (so, well into January 2024). Worst shopping experience ever, stay away until they fix this.

It has been more than a month since I ordered and still my shipment is missing. Unacceptable customer service!
They provided a wrong tracking number, then they gave me the correct one but it's still missing!
I am not going to buy anything else again from them. Terrible experience..

My dad bought me the Creative iRoar Speaker as a birthday present during lockdown but after 3yrs, all of a sudden it would no longer hold a charge and often shuts down due to saying its overheated when not even warm.
I contacted Creative, they gave me 2 "fixes" which didn't work, after going back they then saw it wasn't within 2yrs and thats that, tough luck.
So the moral of the story is, if you want a product thats going to last long, avoid Creative.

Just received my sxfi wired earphones best I've ever had better than Bose or any other ear phones I've owned and the service is second to none 5 stars to creative labs and definitely recommend thank you

Acquistato piu di due anni fa (garanzia due anni) perchè bello e prestante.
Usato quasi sempre con il suo alimentatore collegato alla presa.
Oggi non funziona più perchè la batteria è esausta.

Directamente increíble, desde la multimedia en pc con esa tarjeta de sonido 16 bits y cd rom 2x, no he dejado de comprarle siempre. Calidad de sonido buenísima. Mi ultima adquisición katana v2x. Los pelos de punta, conexión de todo tipo usb bluetooth hdmi optica... Con tarjeta sonido XFI incluida, no hace falta tenerla en pc, con usb te lo saca. Varios modos pelicula juegos musica, gran potencia de sonido, subwofer potente, no se que más decir. Encantado es poco. A la contra solo indicar, que no pude comprarla en España, no sé el motivo, cuidado con otras katana porque no es la que digo y las tiendas engañan con las siglas. Pero da igual lo compras en la tienda de creative, viene desde Europa y en una semana la tienes. Muy bien embalada y a destacar, todos lo cables opcionales o necesarios vienen incluidos (menos las pilas para el mando jajajaja)

Uno dei peggior customer care di sempre, non rispondono alle email, non rispondono alle PEC, non rispondono su facebook, ho inviato a mie spese delle casse Pebble e non ho più ricevuto notizie, non so che fine ha fatto il mio pacco e non so se rivedrò mai più le casse o il rimborso. Secondo voi è una cosa normale da un azienda così grande e strutturata? Bah. Da denuncia.

J'ai acheté une barre de son stagev2 .livraison rapide aucun soucis . Après 18 mois de service telecommande défaillante... J'Interpelle le SAV et là plus rien. DOMMAGE. En cas de panne électronique sur les 2 ans de garantie oublié les ils ne répondront pas.

I bought the outlier pro's because they were recommended by a friend. He only recommended them because they're decent sound quality for the price and nothing went wrong with his pair to need to contact their customer service...

Mine stopped working properly after around 6 months and I sent them back for a replacement under warranty - I've now been without headphones for over a month because their customer service is so bad.

They left my old pair to sit at the post office for 3 days before collecting them, then somehow lost my address? Another week has now passed and I contacted them asking for an ETA/tracking number and to let them know I was disappointed. Their response was "the status of your claim is shipment pending so there is no tracking number. We're sorry you're disappointed."

I wish I'd looked up reviews before I'd bought them because I definitely would have avoided this company.

I ordered the soundblaster x5 from the site. Shipping was fast and the customer service while slightly slow were most helpful. The product arrived in pristine condition and the packaging was still intact. I highly recommend this product if anybody wants a dac/amp for Ps5 and PC.

Creative is very good option for quality of sound to your years. The problem was only in jacks where they start to crush by long term of using (after 1 year). Now I have more expensive ones after 4 years, so lets see how they got better.

I don't really do reviews but after seeing the bad reviews on here I had to. I recently purchased the new Zen headphones. Fast delivery and initially impressed with the headphones. I bought these to replace the outlier I have just given to my daughter who can't believe how good they are compared to her iPods! Seriously what more can you say. These are my third Creative purchase. I also have Roar speaker which is still amazing. I have an old van and use it instead of the stereo. Works perfectly. These items are value for money and sound amazing. What more do you need?

I bought this headset as i don't have money for expensive ones and i usually go for midrange ones that are not the cheapest but not expensive either. Headset was on offer, paid only £50 on their website.

It is incredible how good they are in terms of sound quality compared to other headsets at the same price. The bass is good not amazing but good enough to immerse yourself. The microphone is the best mic i had so far. Even the desk mic isn't up to this quality.

Let me give you an example of the sound quality. Dad bought me £200 Sony Headset and compared to the H6 you wouldn't tell the difference that's how good they are. And the others cost like how much? 4 times the price?

I want to buy some earbuds now the ones at 55 (40 with voucher) because they promise noise cancelling and nice controls. I will compare them to airpods pro 2 and if they get near to that quality, hats down.

I will also want to get a G6 for my headset, I've seen them advertised together, but i need advice from Creative as i am not sure that it will drastically improve my 32ohm headset.

Alors vous pensez peut- être que passer par un soit disant leader en direct et gage de qualité ? Et bin un conseil éviter absolument.

Je commande une carte son et une barre de son pour un montant de plus de 400 €. Je surf dans la foulée sur internet et m’aperçoit tout de suite de mon erreur, Pas besoin de carte son avec la barre de son :-( j'écris TOUT DE SUITE pour annuler ma commande et passer une nouvelle commande pour la barre de son supérieure. Réponse deux jours après, impossible la commande est en traitement (c'est sur deux jours après...).
Pas de problème selon le service client, et hop numéro de RMA pas de soucis vous serrez remboursé (étant un client fidèle de certain site e-commerce je me dis après tout pas de soucis).
J’envoie mes deux colis en respectant plus que scrupuleusement les directives le 4 décembre colis réceptionné le 8 décembre avec preuve de dépôt. nous sommes le 26 décembre et aucunes nouvelles malgré relance, le statut RMA n'a même pas changé (colis non réceptionnés).
Donc en clair si vous voulez être certain de vrai suivi si soucis NE PASSEZ SURTOUT PAS EN DIRECT.
Cerise sur le gâteau je vais surement recevoir une réponse m'indiquant qu'en raison des fêtes le délai est plus long (pour rappel colis reçu le 8 décembre bien avant les fêtes...)

Don’t understand so many bad reviews, ordered first time without problems, but we will see. Bought Sound BlasterX G6 for my PS5 and also connected it with NvidiaShield for Spotify and Youtube for music, works great. Package arrived in a week to Ireland. On PS5 using it without any EQ for the Tempest 3D Audio, works well with my Beyerdinamics Tygr 300R, didn’t play too many games yet so can’t talk about sound quality change and so on, but for music is instant great as I can use EQ for lowerin treble and few other things to make sound much better then vanila headphones output. For now great.

I ordered a set of speakers on 11/30. They arrived on 12/9 in a padded envelope via DHL/USPS and the box was bent. Upon opening the box the volume knob fell off as it had been broken in shipping. When I contact them for a replacement I had to ship them the broken unit in a box, that I was providing, and via FedEx. Meanwhile I would have to wait for the return before they would send me a new set of speakers. I don't understand why I have to ship them the broken unit in better shape/method that what they sent the new unit to me.

Taken 2 months to return a faulty product. I asked 6 times for a return address but they wouldn't give me one. In the end I sent it to an address I found on Google but they told me it no longer exists after I sent them. Still waiting for a return. Next time I will pay a little extra for Bose or Sony.
