Great service, fast delivery

They were so helpful. I had a problem with a PS4. It couldn't be repaired but they sourced a replacement.
Five Star treatment.

Second time getting work done here. The quality of the work is good.

However, the customer experience is very poor. On both occasions there were communication issues resulting in significant delays. It's is frustrating because on the second trip I was sure to be very clear about what I needed, and they still tried to give me back a charger with a broken pin (literally the first thing on my list for needing a replacement).

The lack of basic attention to detail is very disappointing overall

Great customer service.

Good advice on what to buy, good value, trust

Evan and the team are always very helpful and have looked after our businesses IT for many years. Extremely efficient and proactive.

My daughter couldn't get into her laptop. A glich with the password.
I brought it into the shop. The lad had it fixed in couple of hours as she needed it for her course work.
Thank you so much.

Good value for money. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Creative IT repaired my equipment and it worked perfectly. They were professional and courteous. The whole experience was a good one. The cost was not as much as the initial quote and was very reasonable.

Helpful and efficient

Very easy to deal with and very reliable I just got my third refurbished I phone thank you

I needed a refurbished laptop and I went to Creative IT like I always do. Found a great deal and they agreed to update the specs for very little extra cost. The product arrived in imaculate condition. Looks and works just like brand new.

Thanks once again Creative IT.

Didn't actually buy anything from yourselves, so its hard to quantify the stars, but based on previous visits
3 stars...............

Great service

Fantastic products received ! Like brand new . Very pleased indeed !!

I wast really struggling with my 10+ year old gaming laptop. She was definitely on her last legs. By chance I rang Evan and his team to see if there was any hope of saving the machine, I didn't believe there was as it'd had no work done on it since new. I was stunned when my laptop came back to me running like a dream with upgrades to the memory, changed out to an SSD drive, other improvements, so much so that my once critically ill pc returned to me performing like a young buck!
Couldn't be more delighted by creative ITs professionalism and genuine talent in breathing new life into what would otherwise end up as landfill.
I was kept informed with continual updates, pricing was clear, service was fantastic. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better service.
Thank you so much guys. Genuinely over the moon with my 'new' laptop!

Love doing business with them. Their services are good

All staff very professional and work is reasonably priced. I have been using them from last 6 years
