Such a pathetic experience in Morden Cafe!!
We went to eat and wanted to had a good time. We ordered the food and were waiting. Our food was delivered to someone else and people who had it, touched the food then they returned the food that its not theirs. Then the same food was delivered to us on our table, upon which we said that we wont accept this as other customers has touched the food. One waitress took the food back and then another waiter came again with the same food and forced us to take the food. We told him that other customers has touched the food, he picked up the food rudely from our table and went back and threw the plate at the counter. The whole cafe could hear the sound of plate thrown away. Haris had a such shitty behaviour that he forced us to take food which other customers has already touched it.
He didn’t even apologise for his behaviour and kept on being rude.
This is such a bad behaviour on work place. Haris ruined our night out and time.
Never going to back again with people having such bad behaviour. Who don’t even know how to respect customers..

Staff were friendly and very nice, the food was also prepared very quickly and it was very nice.

Always has the best ice cream and amazing shake Harlow branch custmer service is outstanding they are so kind serve you with smile just love everything there, waffle, shakes, icereams.

I got a delivery from here and when it turned up my crepe was hard, the cookie dough wasn’t cookie dough and just a cookie, the waffle was okay and the whole order was cold. The whipped cream came as ice cream. On top of that my bubble tea spilt all into the bag so the crepe box was soaked and all the bubbles had popped. To keep it from spilling there was cling film round it which clearly did nothing. For £42 it was not worth it at all.

Why was my waffle ice cold for the second time. Ice cream yuk. Not worth the price. Very disappointing.

Well…..Where do I start🤦‍♀️as soon as I entered the vibe was off- the atmosphere was just so dry. I went to order with my family for my young daughter’s birthday and I got rudely interrupted and told I wasn’t welcome to eat inside even though I was there way before closing time. Then my daughter needed the toilet and she was told she wasn’t allowed and they locked the door. Very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff here tonight.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄🙄🙄

Discriminatory and Embarrassing Treatment at Creams, Edgware Road
As a regular customer at Creams, Edgware Road, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit. I entered to use the restroom quickly before placing my usual order, but the waiter followed me a long distance and insisted I order first, right in front of the toilet door. This felt uncomfortable, unnecessary, and discriminatory, and was incredibly embarrassing in front of other customers.

Such unprofessional behavior has completely put me off, and I won’t be returning unless this issue is addressed.

The tiramisu hotpocket was not set properly and took 30mins to serve. Horrible experience

I would advise anyone thinking of using the Scarborough branch of this cafe to think again.....unless they want to spend the rest of their day on the loo!!!!

Vastly, vastly, VASTLY overpriced garbage (£18.80 for two hot drinks and two frozen and microwaved cakes!). I would say the food cost was about £2 and the rest was for the packaging - everything in take out cups and pizza boxes - never seen anything like it!

Never again - actually I would think it won't be open much longer anyway - would be minus 5 stars if I could.

And I almost forgot to mention the high quality staff member who really would be worth £12.21 per hour come next April if the store stays open - NOT!!!!!

We went to the Morden Cafe, we ordered and what they served my daughter was not what was ordered, we asked the server to replace it with the correct order, they said we need to pay for another dessert, unhappy we paid again for another dessert.
I then emailed their head office, and was told that i would get a reply within 7 days, which was 2 months ago, I have emailed them again and still no reply.
you have been warned

Such a waste of money, we ordered three waffles on uber eats and paid almost £40. The waffles were tiny, cold, hard and tasteless, mine came plain with a small cup of ice cream on the side. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Waited over an hour for an order that was supposed to take 35 minutes, got late so rang delivery driver only to find out he is lost and doesn’t know where he is going. Later on our order got cancelled, Very poor service.

Creams Reading awful service they intentionally took 3x the amount of our order from my card , claiming to have poor English. Fight to get the money back ! Customer service ignored my complaint

So so good would deffo recommend

Went into Telford branch. Several tatty, well-thumbed menus on counter - didn't want to touch them as they looked disgusting. Waited a few minutes before acknowledged by 1 of several staff, just as we were about to walk out. Asked for vegan menu (as dairy free). Staff member asked colleague to take over.
Was told to use QR code. Said i couldn't do that. He scanned with his phone. Instead of a vegan menu, it was a list of all foods and their allergens. Too small to read comfortably. Had intended to sit at table and peruse menu at leisure. As there was no separate vegan menu, I could not. Suggested staff member advise manager vegan menus would be useful, as would new menus to replace disgusting ones on counter. We left.

The manager with the beard was so rude… I’ve been waiting so long to take my daughter and was so disappointed!! Very rude man which don’t reflect well on the rest of your team
