Hey there, I'm very sorry UPS did not deliver your order!! We have filed a claim for your package and we have already processed the refund like you requested. I apologize again for UPS, unfortunately we have to depend on a 3rd party to ship our seafood and they dropped the ball for both of us this time I apologize!

My memorial Day order.
I ordered a bushel of crabs. The crabs were delicious, the price was great and was delivered on time . The only problem was about 9 or 10 crabs were crushed towards the bottom of the bushel. That was disappointing because I have ordered from other places and have not experienced this.

This time I got the box on time
This time I got the box on time. Some of the crabs at the bottom were old. Or not as fresh as the ones on top which matched my last experience with getting crabs. When we first started getting them they were all good. I think it is a now a hit or miss.

Delivery was on time, crabs pretty much remained almost frozen after 2 days. Would prefer weekend delivery. Jumbo crabs were humongous, even more so than expected.

Frozen Softshell Blue Claw Crabs
The frozen softshell blue claw crabs were horrible. Most were missing the legs and the top shells were leatherbacks. I was disappointed in the quality.

Soft Crabs Ordered for Delivery
We have to order on- line for delivery to Pennsylvania. We use UPS one day delivery. The packaging and delivery is superb. Soft crabs come completely frozen and the size of the crab is as described. We have no concerns with ordering the frozen product from Crab Dynasty and will continue to do so.

Had 4 crabs dead when they arrived
Had 4 crabs dead when they arrived. I emailed the company about the dead crabs when they responded back the email said it happened from time to time. I paid 200.00 for 24 crabs and 4 were dead. I asked the company if they were gonna refund me for 4 crabs or send me 4 crabs and have never heard back from the company

Yes we received your inquiry last week and unfortunately this is a possibility when purchasing live crabs. We pack each crab live when shipping, but unfortunately they can perish in transit. We recommend ordering the soft crabs frozen and cleaned if you want to guarantee all of them are usable, but we offer the live because so many people will deal with the risk to have the freshest crabs possible delivered to your door.
