The experience was amazing
The experience was amazing. Ordering was easy and the setup for delivery was amazing. The above and beyond that definitely made this experience top notch was the fact that currently we are in the middle of a storm and I emailed support to ask what would happen if the delivery doesn't make it to me and the response was that if the delivery doesn't make it we can reorder at no cost to me or they would provide a refund. This was definitely the most assuring response I could expect.
Delivery did get here in time and those crabs were huge and meaty. They were cooked to perfection and was packed properly.
Will definitely order again. Possibly very soon.

Blue Crab in Aspen Colorado
From start to finish, everything was great. They were delivered on time. I even loved the way they were packaged. The crabs were exceptional. Every single crab in my 1/2 bushel was heavy and tasty. I ordered them with the regular level of seasoning and perhaps next time would ask for some extra seasoning on the side for those who wanted more.

The crabs were small and not large
The crabs were small and not large. There should have been ice packs in the cooler and clam stripes and and o C oysters where not frozen. Had to cook them immediately.

Totally shocked when I opened the box and only got 3 legs.

My first time ordering i received the correct size crabs which was jumbo. However, I ordered a bushel recently and they were all small crabs on top of my order being delayed.
Update: this organization was more than happy to assist with my issue and resend my order out! Great customer service! I haven't received the order yet but just the kind gestures were great!
