We are absolutely heartbroken of the passing of our baby shih tzu girl sooty who died at home with us. She gave us 11 years of laughter, love and loyalty. After having an awful experience at the vets when we had to take her after she had pased, I want to thank you so much for the lovely way she was sent back to us, it means alot that our baby was looked after with the dignity she deserved at the very end. The card with the exact date that she was cremated was meant alot to us. Thank you so much.

After loosing my Baloo I was devestated and didn’t know what to do. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady who talked me through the options and process. I asked so many questions but didn’t feel rushed or stupid for asking.
Baloo was collected from my vets and I received her ashes back in a beautiful urn and inside was a lovely card from the lady who packed her ashes.
I hate that people have to go through losing their pets, but im so pleased I had CPC to help. Thank you.

My loss of Bobby (my cat) is still very raw , I'd only had him 3 years just before first lockdown ,taken away from people who moved home to Devon and left Bobby in their freezing cold garage and a cat flap for two and half years ,the owners dad went and fed him every day but he had no other human contact so I had him , he wasn't too friendly, but didn't take him long to know he could trust me and we helped each other .
I loved him so much but he started to have small seizures then last Tuesday night he had a massive collapse but came round again ,became very very clingy with me only went in the garden and I knew it was time to take him to pdsa oldbury ,they kept him over night I cried all night thinking I knew the outcome , then the following day I got the call ,the one we all dread !! The weather was horrendous snowing hard I was a state and I just knew I could not go back up there whilst the worst happened , me in such a state would of upset my cat , the nurse said its not good for animals to see you so upset and she would look after him , were nearly a week on and I'm still a state breaking down when something triggers me like pet food Isle in sainsburys .
I couldnt afford to have him cremated singularly as I only have my pension , so I'm hoping he was treated well . Everyone's choices are different , I just didn't want ashes that would upset me further , so my son is sorting me a photo in a nice frame, and also I have had a key ring done .
Looking at the gardens you have there ,Bobby would of loved them so maybe once the rawness goes away a little I will come and visit for a ride out ,not too far from stourbridge .
Rest in peace Bobby you were the bestest friend through the worst times and I miss you so much . Crying again , time will help me .
And I'm sorry I left you at the vets ,but no more pain for you 💔

Our cremation was arranged via Vets Now after an emergency decision. Percy was returned to us with dignity via Vets Now, the presentation and care taken was clear. I didn't know what to expect from the experiance. Percy was our only pet for 15 years and having everything taken care of in such a effcient and caring way made a very difficult time slightly easier. Thank you

CPC staff couldn't have done more. They were kind understanding helpful
They upgraded my beautiful boys Urn ..they let me spend time with him taking paw prints giving him a hug and sending him off with things he loved including having placed Boisi on his bed for me when I veiwed him so that he looked at home and comfortable.
I'll miss him forever.
Boisi's vet made his ending terrible. Couldn't have been worse to be frank so I needed special time to say goodbye after the terrible ordeal and distress caused to my boy and myself at the vet
I needed space away from that vet to be with Boisi, to honour my beautiful kind loving loyal boys life in a space were people were kind and he wasn't suffering any more.
CPC were truely fantastic I couldn't ask for more or for better..Thank you CPC Your staff are very special.

Very highly recommend. They had my fur baby charley back home with us for Christmas. The casket was absolutely beautiful. I cant thank you enough. Also at a very sad time was so easy to organise no stress at all. ❤️

my dog crystal was put to sleep on 20/11/22 i rang you to arrange her cremation with her death cert number. you was quite happy for me to arrange a payment with you,,, until i said i would come and collect her... you then informed me that she had "UNFORTUNATELY BEEN CREMATED THAT MORNING" WHY ...HOW... YOU SAID YOU NEEDED A NUMBER..... THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF... YOU ASK ME WHAT BREED AND COLOUR DOG SHE WAS.... SO HOW CAN YOU TELL ME THAT WAS MY CRYSTAL YOU CREMATED THAT MORNING WITHOUT A NUMBER. I recently lost my cat Otis after 14 years and I was distraught. Having to organise my babies cremation was not something I was prepared for. My vet was very vague on options and telling me what would happen, so I called CPC directly and the team were so understanding and explained everything to me which made me feel so much lighter.
Losing Otis has been so hard, but when I received the call from my vets to tell me his ashes were ready for collection (a week later) the care that had gone into getting him back to me was obvious, even down to a beautiful sympathy card with all his details on.
Thank you CPC. Otis is now home where he belongs.

My little baby boy’s ashes arrived, I opened the box and his ashes were in a little plastic bag- a transparent one. How could you be so heartless? When I’ve had an animal die before, it came in a little cardboard urn. Would it have cost you much more to give our little guy a dignified end? I’m just so grateful that my son wasn’t there. I opened the box and did not expect to see what was left of my baby. You be ashamed of yourselves. It seems that the only thing this company cares about is getting the biggest profit margin they can get away with. And you’re okay with doing this by exploiting grieving people.

My beloved boy-cat Scrumpy died last Thursday and I wanted him cremated so that I could bury his ashes under his favourite bush in the garden. My vet managed everything for me, explaining the collection and return times with CPC and when I could go and collect him from the vets. For me, this was only a week.
To be honest, I was a bit surprised when I collected him and was handed a beautiful gift bag. I quickly made the connection that he was indeed a beautiful gift to me throughout his life.
Inside, there was a tasteful card of condolences which included a registration number for his cremation. A subtle but reassuring indication that a registration process exists and it can be checked.
Then there was a tastefully branded cardboard box, and inside that a beautifully made wooden box with my boys ashes. It has an engraved, metal, plaque with his name on it and a felt-lined base to protect your furniture if you are going to keep the ashes.
In all honesty, this service was far classier and more respectful than when I collected my own mothers ashes in a plastic urn with a plastic label on it!
I feel a bit wasteful because the whole lot will be buried in the garden. It’s not helpful to me to keep anything. But knowing that I am going to be burying a classy, respectful and dignified bundle gives me a huge sense of relief and closure that I did my best for him, as he did for me. Thank you for your part in that process CPC.

I did not communicate with CPC direct as my vet did everything for me but what I can say is that I was told a led time to receive my baby back of 4 weeks. I opted to collect him from the vets as I was concerned about couriers etc. i couldn’t of asked for a better service it took 1 week for my boy to be delivered back to the vets. Beautiful casket you can tell they are good quality with a lovely hand written card inside. My boy was securely wrapped up with care loads of packing peanuts and inside a beautiful box. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect as never been through this process before but with the help of the vets and the speedy service from CPC it couldn’t of gone any better. Now my baby is back home where he belongs:)

Absolutely disgusted. M Winnie died.last Sunday and I was told she could be returned to me up to 2 weeks time. I was.in work today and had a text from a delivery company I did not know and thought it was a scam as I was not expecting her back so early. Then came home to see that they had placed my poor little girl in my green rubbish bin!! Devastated ! (a text would have been nice.to say she was.on her way, then I would have known the courier text was real)

Reading the reviews I was wary when my veterinary practice advised me that my baby Tia would be going to CPC. However, I shouldnt have had doubt. Each experience is different I understand that, but my experience with CPC was wonderful. I spoke to a lovely lady who was kind, patient and talked me through everything and answered all my questions without judgement. I suffer with my mental health and I didnt feel rushed or an annoyance. I received my Tia back when they said I would and she arrived in a beautiful casket with a lovely handwritten cremation card.
Thank you for everyone at CPC for all of you help.
I would recommend the CPC Cambridge to anyone.

I would highly recommend that you do not use these people my beloved pet was placed into there care and paid on 23rd August for cremation still to today iv still not received my dogs ashes heartbroken beyond words please do not use this company do your research before thinking of handing over your beloved pet 💔😪

Great service via out local vets. We asked for our dog Lilly to be cremated and her ashes placed in a beech casket. We also asked for some of the ashes separate so we can visit "Ashes into Glass" and have some jewellery made. CPC did as we asked and we have both the ashes in the casket and some for us to get our jewellery made.

My beautiful elderly cat went to Rainbow Bridge on the 7th of August. I wanted her individually cremated so I contacted CPC the following day. I was a blubbering mess on the phone. My cat hadn't had a good life before she came to me and I spoilt her and gave her the best of everything. She was around 20 when she passed I called her Scarlett but always ended up calling her Princess, so that name stuck.
So, calling CPC was really hard for me. The lady on the other end of the phone however was so understanding, patient, caring and helpful that she made the process a lot easier for me. I explained what I wanted for Princess and what casket i wanted and she assured me Princess will be taken care of.
I must have called another three times. The following day to check that she had been picked up from the vets. Again, so lovely on the phone. They also rang the PDSA on my behalf as the PDSA asked to be emailed about what arrangements I had made for Princess and they didn't respond to my email. This worried me as I thought if they don't read my email, they may dispose of her. So, CPC called them for me and sorted everything out and rang me back to let me know.
I then called them yesterday to ask how long it would be before I get Princess home. CPC say 7 to 14 days so they were not taking a long time, it was just me being impatient wanting my girl home again. I was told she was due to be home with me the following day, which is today. They lady also called me back with the name of the courier so i could look out for a text they will send me giving me an approx time when Princess would be home. I found this such a lovely thing to do. She didn't have to ring me back with that information. She did that off her own back because she understood how upset i was.
Sure enough, i received a text this morning giving me a two-hour window when Princess would be home and she arrived within half an hour of that window.
The way they packaged her ashes was so respectful too. Firmly wrapped with fragile on. Then in a lovely box with her name on, and a little sympathy card which was really lovely. Then I took Princess out who was in a beautiful beech casket with a gold nameplate.
I couldn't have asked for more from CPC. They were caring, understanding, respectful, helpful and most of all, they returned my girl giving her dignity.
Thank you so much CPC for such a smooth, professional service and for bringing my Princess home safely again. In a time that has been really hard for me, you helped to make it a little bit easier and I wont forget that.
