Excellent service from CP Lighting

I made two purchases from CP Lighting. Both were delivered very promptly, with full tracking. The items were well packed. I sent an email to enquire about a technical point before making one order, and received a reply from CP Lighting within 30 minutes. (Thanks David Penfold). In summary, I was very pleased with their level of service and efficiency.

Delivered the wrong items not what I…

Delivered the wrong items not what I ordered on your website. I ordered 4 pin lights that with a smaller base like the image on your website not the larger base like my previous order.

I don't understand why you have posted this here instead of contacting our sales department, this would have received an instant response. I can confirm that you ordered 4-pin lamps and this is what we believe we have sent to you. I can tell you that these lamps are located in a different location to 2-pin lamp and so it is not likely that we have mixed them up. Please would you send email a photograph to sales@cp-lighting.co.uk of the item you have received so that we can rectify the situation.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. Placed an order in December. It’s now April and still no delivery. I’ve phoned twice and been told, it’s not our fault, it’s on a boat from China.. then promised it would arrive next month.. spoiler alert.. it didn’t. I’ve just gone onto the companies website to find they’ve cancelled my order without even an email.. avoid this company.

Additional note: Many thanks for your reply. However, you did none of those things. You did not tell me it was obsolete and you were trying to source them, you told me twice they were on a ship from China. You also did not email me an update.. ever. Nor did you leave me a message on my mobile..

We told you that these items are no obsolete and the only stock that us available is being passed from dealer to dealer as stock becomes available. We did not take payment and when we managed to get sone stock on the 18th March your credit card authorisation had expired. We left a message on your mobile phone but as you didn't call back we assumed that you had obtained the items elsewhere in the mean time so cancelled the order down.

Good description, good purchase

Everything was great. The delivery was fast yeah so the bulbs are working as expected. It would be great to have CP lighting on Amazon in this case that we would be covered by Amazon and there is no need to pay for delivery.
