Highly recommend!

Thank you so much to the lettings team at Cowling and Payne. My partner and I are truly grateful and we are loving our new place. Will recommend !

The team are great!

Michael, Lauren and the whole lettings team are amazing. Really friendly and responsive. I would definitely use their services again in the future. They made my partner and I feel comfortable and supported throughout the renting process. Highly recommend!!

Rude staff and never answer! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not recommend, this agency has right mess inside, all the time different people answer the phone regarding same property. Proper discrimination of people on low income or with pets!!!! If you see this agency advertising a property there is 1 out of 100 they will put you on a viewing. They have internal list of potential tenants and never come back to you. All the staff rude and never talk to you properly unless you say "I know a landlord". Wickford, watch out

We have used Cowling and Payne to rent…

We have used Cowling and Payne to rent our property for quite a number of years. The staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. They can be relied upon to give help and advice when needed and keep us up to date with current legislation regarding being a landlord, making the process of letting easy to manage. Their knowledge and experience means they are able to help with any problems that may occur. Would recommend them to anyone.
