We love Cotswold Company!
We love the Cotswold Company showroom in Stow. The furniture is beautiful and the staff are really nice. We’ve ordered bedside lockers from Cotswold Company and most recently we bought a table and chairs. All the furniture is amazing quality and looks really stylish. The delivery process was also really smooth. Siu-Pai and Matt S. delivered our furniture and assembled it very quickly and without any issues. They were very respectful of our home and really nice to chat with.
Overall I’d recommend Cotswold Company 100%. We’re already planning our next purchase.

A job very well done!
We took delivery of a number of items on a rainy day and were very happy with the service provided by Morgan, Kain, Adam and Matty who all ensured that they didn’t walk through our property in wet shoes. There was one item that had to be returned as consequence of it being faulty, nonetheless, our overall experience of this company and the quality of both its service and its goods remains extremely favourable!

The showroom allowed us to physically see and touch to assist in our choices. The environment is extremely pleasant and relaxed. The team were not at all pressurised but assisted whenever information was required. Paul was exceptional - we bought more than we originally intended through his kindness and patience. A joyous experience!

Beautiful table and chairs ordered online
From ordering to delivery the Cotswolds company were brilliant. I ordered a table and chairs online and via video call Majbritt Cook helped me see what it would look like. I had a couple of questions and she rang me back promptly. She was extremely efficient and helpful in helping me make my choice. Will definitely make purchases from the Cotswolds again. Great Delivery Experience
Ian and Mel did a fantastic job in delivering our bedroom furniture. They took their time to inspect the furniture before bringing it into the house and were incredibly respectful of our property. Nice chaps to boot!
It's also worth mentioning that the great customer service actually started in the store at Stow on the Wold with Paul. He double, even triple, checked everything to make sure the order was correct and we were happy with everything.

Side tables
We ordered three side tables. The organisation was good, but one table arrived damaged and had to be changed. To be fair, the assistant who dealt with the complaint was very efficient and arranged a new delivery and collection of the damaged table. It did take the edge off, however.
