The Cotswold Company - Marlow Omdömen

I've visited 3 times to finally purchase the unit we wanted and each time, Anabel has been the perfect professional, in the help, guidance and reassurance she has given us. She even remembered my name the second and third times we visited, extraordinary customer service and a big part of the reason we made the decision to buy from TCC. So many retailers have forgotten the true value of customer service and the point of difference it brings to you purchase decision, your feeling about making a big purchase and the likelihood of being a repeat customer. Not Anabel and not TCC. Thank you.

Lovely shopping experience with good selection of products. Happy with our purchase of cushions

Warm welcome from the team and really helpful in ordering product on line and also items within the store. Nothing is too much trouble.

excellent delivery, prompt and very helpfull

Good furniture, great people

Excellent experience throughout, from visiting Marlow store and talking with Imi through order process to today’s delivery with Mavino and Jin. Superb 👍

We have just taken a bedroom furniture delivery .
The driver Earle and drivers mate Nathan were absolutely brilliant (Van 3).
It was throwing it down with rain, we had new carpets so not easy for them.
We are grateful for the respect they showed with the delivery.
The furniture is great too!

Helpful assistant and found what I was looking for

Great staff in the Marlow store, Lexi and Heidi were really helpful and knowledgeable. Super pleased with my solid oak sleigh bed (Winchombe) incredibly well made and a gorgeous colour. Delivery was faultless and Bobby and Waseem so accommodating and put it together for me. Fabulous service all round. Thank you!

Helpful and friendly staff who made me feel welcome

Had my table delivered by Robbie and Kyle who were so helpful and professional. They showed me how to extend the table, checked it over and left with all the packaging. Top guys

Beautiful shop and the staff are wonderful. They are helpful without being imposing and very knowledgeable about their products and services.

A very happy experience, purchasing a sideboard in Marlow. Staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and could advise on the choice of products available as well as design details.

We have just had our bed frame delivery from our CHD driver. The service was excellent. On time, quick no fuss installation by Morgan & Tyrell. Thank you.

Agent was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly use this service again.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Very nice showroom and helpful staff

We exchanged a coffee table we bought for a smaller coffee table. They immediately agreed to change it for us. Two days later the new table arrived and they re packed and took the other one away. All on time, very professional and friendly. Can not fault this company.
