Please do not order from this site. They actively steal photos of cosplayers who hand-made or bought from elsewhere and claim them as their own. They will take any photo, put their logo on it, and say the photo was made by them. Please exercise caution and inform anyone you may know if their photo was fraudulently used.

Bestilte et cosplay kostume til min søn. Havde inden bestilling skrevet nogle spørgsmål og fik svar inden for 1 døgn. Da vi havde bestilt fik vi svar på, at de ikke kunne nå det til den dato han gerne ville have det samt forventet leveringstid. Dragten passer fint, nederdelen dog lidt for stor, men det kan være mig der har målt liv istedet for talje. Dragten er i god kvalitet. Min søn vil gerne handle her igen.

I will never deal with these thieves again. I ordered boots from them, end of June, for a friend. They claimed to ship a week later. A month after, still no delivery. I contacted them. They told me to talk to Hong Kong Post. Hong Kong Post says they won't disclose to the recipient, only the shipper. I asked CosplayFU to please make the inquiry and let me know what they found. Here's what I got in response: "according to our provisions, we will send you a new one in your order if you still can't receive it 2 months later after it is shipped. As for the refund, I am afraid we can't refund you until we got back the shoes in your order." CosplayFU is really Cosplay Fuck You. They don't care about customer service. They don't care about whether you get your materials in time. They are totally non-responsive and don't give a damn about their customers. I could not be any more disappointed with a company or their services. Their prices are great until you realize you're not going to actually get your order.

bought a wig, took 3 months to reach, no customer supports at all and no responds to my emails. the wig arrived in different shape and color, this is totally outrages! I wanted to return them for a refund but no one is responding! horrible china webstore

I had ordered 3 items and getting only 1 wrong item after waiting for over a month! after emailing them they said they will send me other items, but they are not! I requested a tracking number and they never respond to me after. Now is almost 2 months since I placed my order, and I am going to dispute the charge on them. stay away and beware!

I bought a Naruto costume and it gets torn apart immediately when i try it on. the quality is so bad and the color does not match the picture on their website. very disappointing and will never buy on this site again for my cosplay needs.

I spent over $200 on this fraudulent website and I never got my costume & shoes at all! They told me to wait, and after 2 months now I got nothing and they ignored my emails! This is a cheating seller and I had reported to my credit card bank to get my money back! beware!
