Very good experience with Vivi and her team. Vivi was helpful and supportive throughout the process.
The only “issue” we had was at the beginning with the online interface as it’s not particularly user friendly if you have never used it before.
Once all the documentation was uploaded it was all straightforward and email correspondence was very efficient.

I worked witt Core Legal for my remortgage. Vivi was my case handler. Very profesional and quick to answer questions. She handled out case very prompt without delays. Highly recomend both company and Vivi.

Extremely poor and unprofessional experience.

I made repeated attempts to pay for their services, including visiting the office in person during business hours, but was unable to do so because no one from accounts was available. I was then promised bank details to make a transfer, which were never sent despite follow-ups.

Instead, I was asked to provide my full card details over the phone. I made it clear I was not comfortable with this and requested a proper payment method, but this was not accommodated.

Making it this difficult to pay a professional firm is unacceptable. The process felt disorganised, outdated and lacking basic professionalism. As a result, I chose not to proceed.

I had a great experience working with Vivi Tzouda. She was attentive, helpful, and highly diligent throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — I was kept fully in the loop on progress at every stage, which made the whole experience far less stressful. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This has been one of the most distressing and frustrating experiences I have ever encountered.

Communication was consistently poor, with a significant lack of clear and timely information throughout the process. Matters progressed very slowly and appeared to be delayed until the very last possible moment, which created unnecessary complications. As a result, my entire chain was put at serious risk and made nearly impossible to manage.

The situation caused me considerable stress and anxiety, including a panic attack. Additionally, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, impolite, and at times arrogant.

Overall, the experience fell far below acceptable standards, and I cannot recommend their services.

Vivi has supported my remortgage, she has been great, process was smooth and easy. Would recommend.
