Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As i have explained on Friday when you called at 16.45 about your collection, i have made a mistake and i apologized for missing a collection. I am only human, and I do make mistakes. As discussed on Friday, i have booked a collection in for the next working day (today, which is still to be completed- however, rest assured, that will certainly be done, as i have explained that whilst we were on the phone, i have added it to the Wivenhoe Round.
As I have apologized on the phone on Friday, i can only do so again publicly. Mistakes do happen from time to time. All I was able to do by the time you called on Friday, was to add your missed collection onto the next working day (today 03/03/2025). I would have scheduled it in for Friday, if the call was received Friday morning. As you have stated yourself, we are always very good and this was unlike previous orders you have had from us. So i am sorry that you feel that due to 1 human error we deserve a 1 star review, and have completely ignored the previous service, which you yourself said was very good.
So once again, i can only apologies for my mistake by missing your collection.

Quick and simple process!
Easily ordered the skip hire online. Email confirming the hire was quick. Stated everything i needed to know. Also let me know if I went over my days i had asked for just pop them a call and they would sort it.
Drop off was brilliant no fuss and collection I didn't even need to be around for, which is a huge bonus for me. Will be ordering another very soon.
