I spoke with a Gentleman name Sy he was well experience. polite, well mannered, I wish all company's had an Gentleman like Sy.

Gold standard service. I called about a reconditioned printer because the fine print states the tray is not included. I spoke to Sy Ryan and he said the same printer in refurbished includes the tray and more in depth testing, which I purchased. He called back this morning because the printer I wanted had a problem and is awaiting parts, so the delay would only be a couple of days. He had another printer, slower but rebuilt to factory specs. The normal price is $100 more, but he offered it at the same price. Not only did he offer a better deal, it is clear they did final testing prior to shipment rather than just grab something off the shelf. This is the gold standard of customer service and I couldn't be happier. 6 stars would be more appropriate.

Great service. I recently ordered a photocopy machine over the phone. The order went fine. However, when I received the item - there had been a problem in shipping and the photocopy machine was damaged. When I called customer service and explained how I received the copier - I couldn't have asked for better service. They took care of everything and I ended up receiving another copier just days later - that was perfect. For anyone looking to order from this company - I would recommend them - based on the service and product I received. Rose Horrigan
