Coombe Farm Organic Omdömen 

Food arrived half defrosted chicken and turkey so couldn’t put in the freezer stuck with cooking it all in 5 days even though it was over a weeks worth of meals. Customer service disgusting offered £15 voucher Eventually as a good will gesture Like I’d done something wrong but then you have to spend minimum £40 why would I even want to do that again when it arrives like that. I’ll be taking this as far as possible with the relevant people!! Wish I’d checked the reviews on here first think ill go check the weights on them too!

I've been using Coombe Farms for the last few months for Bone Broth as read about the many benefits. Excellent products and have been extremely reliable through the current situation.

I would recommend defrosting the Bone Broth in a bowl as sometimes the packaging leaks and you don't realise while the broth is frozen.
Depending when the package arrives it can be slightly defrosted but I have refrozen straight away and not had any issues.

In the last 2 orders I have branched out into their other products. Have yet to receive something that didnt go down very well with the family. The pies and ready meals are great for my elderly parents.

Would definetly recommend to anyone looking to buy organic ethical products.

Although slightly expensive, organic meat from coombe farm tastes great. You get your money's worth. Lovely customer service as well.

Excellent products, friendly staff.. I’ve been having meat from Coombs farm for a few years now. You can trust them to deliver when they say they’re going to. Not like some meat companies. Very helpful over the telephone, even on weekends.
I’ll always use them.

Terrible service! False advertising ! Have had the same complaint last two orders they advertise a certain weight of streak for example and then send you two thin pieces instead of on thicker piece as advertised and even then it's under the weight they say. Complained directly and are rude and dismissive and not interest in correcting their errors. Avoid, avoid, avoid .

Arrived frozen as expected. Good packaging with a significant amount of ice packs to keep the meat frozen. Quality of the meat is good. Packaging includes information of when the meat was frozen, ours was all within a few days of them sending to us. I was actually a bit confused after reading other reviews on here.

Was sold meat from here that expired in 2 days. Refund given but poor quality in general. Worst farm ever ordered from. its not ethical.

- Item was not fresh. Fish was yellow, brown and smelt fishy (fresh fish wouldn't smell like this). Seller unapologetic and if it wasn't that I demanded a refund, they wouldn't

Overall, as well as the fish being terrible, the meat wasn't all that great. For the money, I would not buy from them again.

I ordered lots of bone broths which were supposed to arrive frozen, but were half defrosted so had to put them in the fridge and then only have a weeks shelf life. Also packages had leaks in them so went all over fridge. Company offered no refund when sent them videos

Cooked 2 of their pies tonight, supposedly 37% pork, but one had 1 piece of diced pork the other 2 pieces. Cost £3.99 each. total rip off
