Definitely quality but not worth the wait and lack of communication
I was going to give him 1 star due to my experience but despite my horrible experience due to his miscommunication, the product I received is in fact QUALITY. I ordered in February knowing parts wouldn’t be available til March and he was in process of moving so I FAIRLY added an extra 2 weeks and with that it still wasn’t enough time for him and after that I was given numerous excuses as to why my product wasn’t here. I finally received my item April 24 which was a month and week later. It seemed once I got pay pal involved it sped things up. I would never buy from him again and I was actually going to dependent on this product , and not because of his workmanship but simply due to his lack of communication. I understand he was swamped but that’s NO excuse when running a business. I wish him the best. And again the item was definitely a QUALITY item

Hello, I appreciate the review but not everything you said is in fact true. I agree there was a slight delay due to waiting for the parts needed but it was sent in March as we discussed. The item didn’t move for over a couple of weeks after a certain point so I put a claim in with the postal company which I told you about and sent you screenshots of the claim that was open. You kept asking for a refund which I told you I’d happily refund you if the postal company deemed the parcel as lost and couldn’t deliver it. As I can’t refund you without confirmation from the postal company that it’s not going to be delivered. While you may believe things moved quicker due to opening a case with PayPal, it was actually already in motion as I told you I had opened the claim with the postal company and they were investigating. They then found the parcel and continued to deliver it. It was very unfortunate that you had to wait for the pre order but then also your parcel was lost which added to the wait. Unfortunately it can happen as it’s coming from the UK to the US. I can only apologise for the prolonged wait due to your parcel getting lost but I’m happy you’re happy with the band in the end.

Honestly just incredible craftsmanship. Can’t recommend it enough. If you want some top quality standout accessories, this is the place. Very quick turnaround on custom orders too.

High quality & Unique
This guys stuff is brilliant ! I was sceptical at first wether the material would be from real items, but once your recieve them you can tell, the attention to detail is brilliant, the sides were sealed with paint but I have no idea how many coats but it’s so bright and not where you think it will chip off. The watch clip has their logo on, it’s the little details like that I love !
Delivery did take a while but I was told this when ordering, all the items from what I gather are handmade so it’s understandable. As soon as it left them I was sent tracking details and it arrived 2 days later.

Still don't have it. It's been a month and a half...
*Update*: The product came. The quality of the watch strap is high, it fit perfectly, and ultimately I am glad I chose to purchase it. I will leave the previous review below, so people can see that it did take me a bit to recieve it and that it got caught at customs if ordering from the US. I will also let people reading this know that I ordered based on a viral tiktok right before Valentine's day...so it was to be expected that there was a high volume the shop was experiencing a high volume of work for a handcrafted item. Due to this consideration and the quality of product I am moving it up to 4 stars. *Previous Review* I tried to hold out on writing this. I ordered this watch band before Valentine's Day on February 12th. It is now March 27th and I have not recieved product. This is incredibly frustrating and a lesson not to buy things you see on tiktok. I don't know if it's because I'm in the states, or maybe he got a lot of orders, but I don't think there was enough communication. If it doesn't arrive in the next week I'm going to request a refund. That seems more than fair considering I was expecting this well over a month ago.

I know they got overwhelmed with orders but when I ordered it said 5 in stock. Communication could have been better to explain the near 3 week delay as this was a present for a birthday. Product itself first class
