Great company - easy website to navigate thru and easy to order my custom made mask and better yet FAST in receiving! Fits perfect!!! I would do business with them again!

I recently placed on order with Contrado and let me tell you they did a good job with my order and made sure I got it on an appropriate time. I would definitely recommend this guys. Keep up the good work guys.

My husband wanted custom face masks. I found this company was the best for the number of masks you get for the price. He was able to easily customize his masks with his company logo. They arrived in great time 6 days! The masks came out great! The design looks amazing on these masks! The only think is for my husband I got him a Large, but he said it felt a bit too tight. He would of preferred a XL better.

I also discovered after checking my finances a extra $1.32 charge for international shipping. I was confused so I called the bank and they said it was from Contrado. I contacted Contrado and they explained to me when paying I used the UK website and not the US website and therefore there was an additional shipping charge. I checked back on the FEDEX tracking and sure enough it shows the masks coming from Loudon. This charge did not show on my invoice or e-mail receipt so I was surprised to find it. Customer service provided me a $3 voucher for the inconvenience. I will say this was good customer service on there part. The shipping charges already being $19 is very expensive. Overall my husband is happy.

***NEW UPDATE! July 29th - I had a feeling I'd be back here ... I dropped them back to 1 star, even LESS IF I COULD!. Dropshipping with this company is impossible. They do NOT answer emails, they do not answer when you try to contact them through FB Messenger. I have been waiting now since last week on two custom orders and I have been emailing them and messaging them, but they just DO NOT RESPOND. How can anyone run a business with a supplier that DOES NOT RESPOND? Absolutely WORTHLESS and a waste of my thousands of dollars in developing s shopping site and weeks of my time ... Thanks for NOTHING but a hassle. .. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CONTRADO, TRUST ME.

**Update! Contrado has come through with shining colors! Most of my issues have been addressed and they've been VERY responsive since the below issue. I am updating my STAR rating to 4 stars now because they really have stepped up. Note that I just opened my Shopify store that they dropship for, and I just took my first order. I'm hoping the process complete successfully; If it does NOT, I will be back here to edit, but all is good for now! **

Not only did I purchase products from you, but I have now setup up a (dropship) Shopify store, I linked Contrado to it. I designed and added products, BUT you do NOT explain how we are supposed to set up Shipping methods and Prices because I am in NJ, but you ship from England. So I reached out to support on how we are supposed to set up the shipping in Shopify. NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT. I messaged you on Facebook, someone gave me a link on how to link Shopify to Contrado, which I already did. They did NOT address my shipping issue ... I guess you do NOT want people selling your stuff... Why even offer a Drop-Ship program if you are going to ignore the people who want to sell your products??? Quite ridiculous if you ask me..... And it's SAD. I did so much work for NOTHING ... Thanks for NOTHING.

The ratings on their website cannot be accurate. I ordered two sets of custom face masks from Contrado. They came out super cute, but they are totally nonfunctional. They don't protect anyone. If you hold one up to the light you can see the light right though it, if you try to blow out a candle with one on you can 100% do so with ease. I followed the sizing guide and they pulled everyone in my family's ears forward in an uncomfortable and ridiculous looking way. I DO NOT recommend these if you want them for functional use. They might be good for a play on COVID19 in the future when you don't need the masks to actually have anything but an ascetic function. Don't buy these!!!

Contrado USA allowed me to order masks for my whole family. I was able to get different sizes, and each one fits every one of us perfectly. being able to customize the masks is making the thought of having to wear them all day in school everyday next fall that much more tolerable. each one of us could make masks with our own designs, with a perfect fit. I even got my husband one with his healthcare company logo on it! Contrado USA site is easy use, the material is good quality and they wash well. I think they will hold up against my boys wearing them. I am very happy with my masks and the awesome customer service which is so rare these days. I will be ordering more for us and my parents.

Very Responsive/Great Quality Custom Masks!
I was able to chat with Contrado support before placing my order to discuss delivery expectations and they quickly answered an email after the order was placed. With email or chat, their support response was excellent. I ordered custom masks and everyone who received them commented on their great quality and how nice they are to wear. The best part is that we had custom masks (with our business colors and logo, personalized to each team member) delivered to each remote-location team member in less than one week from order to delivery. Amazing!

I originally gave them one star because of poor customer service and delays, etc. Anyway, it doesn't matter. They rectified the situation beautifully, I got my refund and donated to BLM. As for the products, the quality was great, not perfect but close enough.

We are a business and a first time customer. We ordered masks for our staff using our company's logo and they turned out great! There was a small issue with our order because I forgot to copy the logo to every single mask individually, so the customer service team fixed it for me immediately! Very pleased with their service, responsiveness, and being courteous! We will use Contrado again. Thank you!

Purchased a hat it came out awful so I contacted support. Its been 3+ weeks and they haven't processed the 20% refund . Kinda frustrating how crappy the hat was let alone then refunding only 20% then taking ages to process the refund. customer service was cold and not apologetic in the least. The hat is garbage it's super misshapen.

Really dissappointed if you want a good service I recommend custom ts or really any other service but contrado

I am still waiting for delivery and have email the company for feedback. I paid $29 for delivery in Canada. The Contrado website indicates ...

but I am in Canada - where is my order?? I followed the Fedex link and it is stuck in custom. You have to do something to get it cleared for delivery.

I would like to post an update to the review as of July 17th, I have now received the masks and I am very happy with the result. Customer service from Gwen was great and she solved the shipping issue.

After a 3 months..., I’m still waiting for my delivery. I don’t have the money, I don’t have my package, I don’t have explanation Or solution. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered sample piece of fabric since I wasn't aware of the quality and delivery time ... from the time I place my order to the day received only 5 days! Being a new customer I was concerned about print quality also delivery time... my fabric is beautiful and I will be ordering again I have absolutely no complaints... I'm truly happy with the outcome of my fabric plus the customer service Department

I’m a first customer with Contrado and my experience was great. I wanted some customer wallpaper for my living room. So I designed my image, uploaded it to the site and requested a sample.

It was so easy, click, adjust the image to your liking and pay. I loved the sample when it arrived, so gathered my measurements and put in an order for the real thing.

When the wallpaper arrived, I noticed right away that the paper was damaged. I took photos and emailed customer service. Without hesitation (JOBY) the CS agent took apologized for the damage and placed a new order for me FREE of charge. He even followed up after my order was shipped.

My husband and I put the wallpaper up this past weekend and its crazy to see your design come to life. I can’t wait to host! I wanted to stop by and say that my experience with Contrado was great and I will be putting in a new order in next week.

I give this review 5 stars for several reasons. 1. I love the products offered and the ease of creating. 2. Although I had a slight issue with some of my order, the customer service to fix that issue was the best I've experienced. The fixed my concern and even went above and beyond to remedy the issue in an incredibly quick and easy (for me) way. I will definitely continue using this company in the future with zero hesitations.

appalling response times and customer service, in fact there is no way to get a response from them if you have a query, the only contact option is email (the chat option is not active), avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money

I am positively impressed with your service and product. I first ordered a silk scarf for my future daughter-in-law and then, after seeing the quality, ordered a matching pocket square for my son and husband for them to use at the wedding and I am delighted with everything. I used my own image and designed my own scarves with your easy to use software. The packages arrived quickly and were carefully wrapped. On the first order, you even had the courtesy to include a "Ooops, we're sorry" note inside the scarf that had a very small print stain on it; BUT you also sent a perfect scarf yet I only paid for the one scarf. That is real service. Thank you.I will use you again.
