Ordered the wrong size Stihl saw, my fault. Emailed them within the 14 day return window for a refund or an exchange. Not heard anything back from them after sending multiple emails.

Order tracked as delivered when not. Impossible to contact unless on their terms. All contact telephone numbers in published domain are fake/cloned. Did respond to my enquiry to product whereabouts with a rather non commital "will send it when we get it in stock." Had to get refund via paypal intervention.

Scam. Do not even consider this company. ordered item shown as delivered, not delivered..Only communication was at point of order. Should have seen the warning signs, no company address on website, no contact phone numbers, you have to trawl the web. There are at least 4 associated telephone numbers published elsewhere for this company. All but one are not recognised the last one is to a private individual i.e. cloned. Last reviews here from 2024! The Companies House record for this company is also an indicator of what you are dealing with.

Bought the size 3 builders trestles. Excellent value for money. Simple to erect, use and dismantle. Easy to store. A very pleased customer.

Everything else is fine except delivery man not friendly he left goods in to the Road

Just what I needed, I was getting sick of balancing on a plank and very pleased that they are lighter than those I remember when I was involved in building work.
