Produktinformation
Blagdon Midipond 4500 Pump he Blagdon Midipond 4500 is a versatile, high-performance pond pump designed for larger medium-sized garden ponds that need to power a fountain, waterfall or filter system. Delivering a maximum flow of approximately 4,400 litres per hour while drawing 75 watts, it offers a strong balance of power and efficiency. The advanced low-velocity pre-filter cage significantly reduces clogging from debris, cutting down on maintenance and helping the pump run reliably throughout the season. Everything required for a complete setup comes in the box. You get five fountain heads (Daisy Jet, Two-Tier Daisy, Bell, Triple and Foam Jet), a T-piece with independent flow control so you can balance the fountain and a secondary outlet, telescopic and fixed extension pipes, a ball joint for angled displays, and three interchangeable hosetails for 12.5 mm, 19 mm and 25 mm hose. An optional foam pre-filter is also included to protect fine fountain nozzles from blockages. Installation is simple and flexible. The 10-metre cable allows convenient positioning, and the pump is designed to sit fully submerged. Whether you want an eye-catching fountain display, a cascading waterfall effect, or steady circulation through a filter, the Midipond 4500 has the capacity to handle the job. It’s backed by Blagdon’s 3-year guarantee for added peace of mind. Suitable for ponds in the region of 2,000–4,500 litres depending on configuration (fountain only, filter, or combined with a waterfall), the Midipond 4500 is a practical, well-equipped choice for garden pond owners looking for reliable performance without complexity. I’m guessing the last one gave about 8 years service. When I moved in and serviced it a lot of roots from the pond weed had grown round the impeller. Think it probably affected its life expectancy. We shall see how the new one performs
