My TV bed was delivered within 10 days of purchasing , the communication was brilliant from start to finish , the delivery guys were excellent, kept me informed all the way giving me a 2 hour time slot and calling me around 40mins prior to arriving. The quality is 5* , great bed , amazing customer service, I will definitely be ordering again for the other rooms in my house. Thank you once again for an amazing experience

I was never contacted prior to the day the beds were delivered on the day of delivery my daughters bed could not be assembled due to missing part I then had to wait 10 days to try to rectify the issue not once did the company contact me they simply waited for me to call and then blamed there couriers the owner is extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that he did not care I had spent over 2 thousand pounds on beds I did not have a right a right to complain and proceeded to threaten me awful awful man

The bed itself is of very good quality.

Down sides.

They do not advise of how heavy the footpiece of the bed is. It surely should not be recommended to take up any flights of stairs. I have never known such a weight! It took 3 men to literally push it up the stairs with full force; 1 step at a time. Should I move house, the bed will for sure have to remain! It would be dangerous to get it back down the stairs

It makes sense also as to why the delivery guy would not help to take it upstairs; dispite a message advising me I could pay extra for the driver to take to a room of our choice; "He responded the bed is too heavy, I don't need the extra money."

I had to chase the delivery of the bed. I was not kept informed of the process and had to make several calls, email and txt.

The service is good and the product is very good quality

Poor customer service. Contacted multiple times and false promises with no output. Avoid at all costs.

The incorrect size bed was purchased due to a confusing website design where the field to select the bed size was not noticed as it was of different style to other fields.
Unfortunately due to bespoke product, no returns were offered.
The name of the bed was confusing.
The email confirmation of order lacked any details about the order.
The invoice information was acceptable.
An invite to check the order with details of action to be taken in event of an error would have been helpful.
The company did not answer the telephone.

I got no updates as to when the bed was being delivered and one day whilst I was at work doing a 12 hour shift I arrived home to it left outside my apartment building which meant it left me to find someone to help me get it upstairs late at night and after a long day and not a single update as to say it was delivered. Extremely disappointed in this company and will not use it again to repurchase a bed. I tried to email the company to tell them I was not happy with their service and had no reply.

Beautiful bed, customer service was hideous. Ordered bed and delivery was very quick however I had no notification of dispatch when i recieved bed there were missing parts and no instructions manual. When communicating with the boss I was told a replacement would be made and so it didn't seem too bad however as I am heavily pregnant I was asking when roughly this could be rectified so that there are no glitches, boss wasn't very communicative and his demeanour was very unprofessional. The issue at hand did eventually get rectified but I wouldn't be spending money with this company again as they lack professionalism.

Adam was very helpful when we were designing our bed. We had multiple phone calls with him and he explained everything really well.
Delivery was super quick and on time.
We assembled the bed ourself which was quick and easy and the quality of it is amazing. Exactly how it looks online. Really happy with the service and product.

Customer service is 5 star! The company’s went above and beyond for us to have our order when we asked.

Will definitely be ordering once we are on to our next rooms.

Visited the store, one of many over the last few days in the hope of finding a new bed.
Customer service here was discreet and professional Dale was helpful and informative letting us try and take our time selecting our new bed. He answered all our questions, made suggestions but gave us the space discuss. Pricing was very competitive. Looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed soon.

Very keen for us to purchase the bed etc and said delivery could be delayed whilst decorating got done but this didn’t happy and within 2 days they wanted us to take delivery and we had no choice however when it was due to be delivered and issues started no one was interested. After emailed a lengthy complaint regarding the issues we still have been ignored and not contacted. Happy to take your money but not happy to discuss the issues.
